The place was extremely poor to the amount of money you pay. The furniture was very old and not in good condition. The bed mattress was solid as a rock and the bed sheets were not clean. It was a total disappointment for me. I booked for a week I could not stay for one hour. I had to leave this place....

Comfortable and convenient accommodations. Excellent alternative to a hotel for a business trip. Good location for exploring Venice and Marina Del Mar. Easy access to biking trails

The apartment is lovely but the horrendously bad customer service made the stay very stressful. Even now, weeks later I have been unable to resolve a billing error.

A great place. I wonder what it’s like when there’s not a pandemic... checking in was a little challenging, but we got it done.

The property was AMAZING! Great location! But the communication with Global Luxury suites was horrible. The put one roll of toilet paper in the apartment, I contacted them to tell them I needed more and they brought it TWO days later. I requested for a late check out and they responded 3 hours prior to checkout! Very horrible communication

I tried many times to contact someone at Global Resorts and spoke to Hotels.com a number of times. I tried the day before checkin and no one was at the office then the next day was presidents day and a sign was on the door stating no one was in. I read I needed 24 hours to register my car for a space which I was unable to. Not one person from Global Luxury Suites called me to verify even after repeated requests by email.

The apartment was as advertised: a nice sized, well appointed one-bedroom apartment, queen- bed, and reasonably quiet. Nicely located in the Marina, near restaurants and shops on Washington Blvd. As has been noted by others, the "check-in" is a little complicated (you're essentially on your own finding the lock-box, finding the parking, finding the apt), and it took a few minutes to figure it out (to company: get a better map! that shows the area a little better), but it wasn't too hard. I would certainly stay again.

Property is really good especially if you have a baby with you. The only complaint we had, the unit was not ready when we came in. There is a rolled rug about 5 ft long beside the refrigerator and close to the door. We had to move it. Kitchen floor was dirty and one of the bathroom had something in the toilet. Until was probably being cleaned and it was not finished when we arrived. We had an issue with the parking space. 2 spots were assigned to us. We received a note from the other parking space saying that it was their spot. There might be a lot of miscommunication in between but otherwise the stay is comfortable and safe.

Very large complex, but quiet and nice amenities of home. Although thorough instructions were given for check in, it was still a task to figure things out the first time, but simple after that. Loved having a washer/dryer, and the unit was extremely spacious and clean. The only complaints I have are that the tub didn’t drain well, and there was a thick and loud plastic cover on the sleeper sofa mattress which made it not conducive to sleep. Overall good experience and would stay again for long term situation.

Took bit of time to find lockbox with key. Rang office and lady answering was very helpful in assisting us to locate key. Would be great to have a safe in the room as per most accomodations for valuables whilst travelling. Good location.

Very clean apartment and lovely pool area with hot tub would defiantly stay again. The pool area and rooftops are very peaceful. The apartment could do with more essentials such as toliet roll, we only got one. Other than that we had an amazing experience.

Check in was a nightmare. No support, confusing and user unfriendly. Worst I’ve ever experienced. No proper darkening window treatments in bedroom sun up at 6a. Balcony had no chairs - stripped bare. Sleeper sofa completely unusable and would barely fit a child- other person had to sleep on the floor. Pillows cheap hard foam - hurt my neck had to travel to go buy a decent one! No way for a visitor to get in - they required me to leave the unit and spend 10 minutes to go out to manually let a visitor in. I was on a work trip and had work meetings and this entry problem made meetings or guests impossible! And on and on. A fraudulently advertised property that should be de-listed and hosts banned permanently from your site!

Pros: location, cleanliness of rooms and grounds, modern facility including free wifi, pool and two Jacuzzi tubs. Cons: difficult to check-in, felt like a scavenger hunt trying to find the key box etc. Detailed instructions were helpful but it still ended up being a bit challenging. Would have been a nightmare at night, we arrived during the day so it wasn't too bad. Housekeeping didn't vacuum the floors so room looked so so. Some broken equipment on patios. Pool needed to be cleaned better.

Unit was very nice and modern. The complex was also very nice. No issues parking since assigned a spot in the indoor parking garage. Directions to find the lockbox with keys were very poor. The provided map was not detailed enough and was of no help. Be sure to fully understand the location using online maps versus the provided map.

Pro's spacious!!, well equipped, very nice neighbourhood, quiet with nice permanent renters willing to socialize and help. less than 10 minute walk to beach car not necessary here Con's bad carpet has a moldy smell in some areas. no toilet paper whats on your roll when u get there is it asked for early check in sure for $150 for 2 hours
