Las instalaciones en general muy bien, la atención en general del personal es bueno.

Nos gustó mucho la atención y todo lo que ofrecía el hotel

We stayed for a couple of nights and it was a great experience. the place is nice and cosy, the staff is very kind and profesional. What I did not like is that the breakfast was only up to 12 noon, and the restaurant would not serve what I wanted to eat. they would want me to eat fish and I don't eat animals.

We did not have hot water we communicated to the manager but even so it was not possible, besides a lot of noise it would be good to indicate that the rooms are attached to the street

The hotel is newly refurbished, the colors strange,,the problem we encountered was that the guests were very loud and of very low quality,,not a bunch you want to hang out with,,Also,,the location of the hotel makes the rooms very noisy,,

En general bien, la señora de recepción muy getona , en teoría incluye el desayuno pero no se puede hacer realidad. El servicio empieza muy tarde y el restaurante no acepta mascotas

Excelente servicio, la habitación muy limpia. Y la alberca bien, el detalle fue el agua fría de la alberca. Los alimentos muy ricos.

El servicio es muy bueno, el personal es verdaderamente amable y te ayudan siempre a medida de sus posibilidades

En terminos generales todo bien. Limpio y buena atención. El desayuno es en el restaurante de al lado porque el hotel no tiene restaurante. Las albercas limpias y el jacuzzi calientito, visitamos entre semana así que super tranquilo. Un punto negativo es que al estar sobre avenida principal, la habitacion no era silenciosa del todo. Camiones, trailers y demás vehículos se oían todo el dia y buena parte de la noche. La tina de hidromasaje dentro de la habitación, muy buena y relajante. Regresaria con mi familia? Sí
