Good size of the room. Quite comfy mattress. Very very clean as for hotels standards, huge thanks to cleaning team. One down point only - shower had no screen or curtains at all. Therefore during shower water is splashing all over the bathroom. Keep that in mind. Property very clean, friendly staff. Standard breakfast, loved the bread and fresh tomatoes, best part of breakfast. Would definitely recommend and would stay again without a doubt.

Great value for money! Staff are freindly and extremely helpful...booking me a number of taxis (which were also well priced!) Rooms are clean and spacious, numerous pillows (which is always important), air conditioned and are soundproofed. I will absolutely stay here again when I return to Bourgas.

Front desk waited till after midnight to check me in. Friendly staff. Clean room. Exactly what I expected given the location further away from town center, and for the price. Make sure to download yellowtaxi or taxime, because even in the offseason I was getting hustled by several high charging men.

The room was great.

The receptionist is kind, the hotel says there is Wi-Fi, but it is very weak. They counted my teas at breakfast! I was all over the world, nobody count my tea in the breakfast😆😆😆

It was ok

The bed was very comfortable the shower was great. You can act use the elevator for the gym or the morning breakfast because the button to go back upstairs does not work so as a handicap person it was a great difficulty to get into the basement and then stuck. The restaurant no longer serves breakfast you can only do the hotel breakfast which is not good at all and is extremely expensive. It is all ok for the winter price but I certainly would never pay for the summer stay at their summer rates. And there are floors of the hotel that have not been refurbished were the beds and showers are terrible so you have to make sure to get on the refurbished floor.

All was good besides the lack of elevator if you have suitcases like we did

Stayed 8 days, clean towels once, change bed linen once, vacuumed 0, beds medicore at best, no wifi remodeling lobby so hard to navigate breakfast terrible. Never stay again.

Great stay over all

It happens that there are 2 separate hotels with the same name located at the same address next to each other. That was not clear from on the booking site. The one we booked was much older and not well maintained. It smelled quite bad. Not sure what are the conditions in the other one but this one is not worth considering.

The staff were not friendly, the beds were so uncomfortable I had back pain for the 2days I slept on the bed. The restaurant was full of dust and the food was not a full English as advertised it was basic cold cuts, cheese and a few fruits. The reception staff did not care a damn of who came in or went out nor greeted you even if you greeted them. There was mould on the shower tray. It was so noisy in the night too. The flush did not work properly. Had a bad experience. Would not recommend.
