The hotel staff is very friendly and the hotel location is in the city center, near places to eat. Access to Shinjuku Sanchome Station is a 10 minute walk.

The building was quite old but regardless the staff were very good, the room is clean and I felt safe and comfortable. It 's a 15 mins walk from train stations which is good.

Shinjuku Urban Hotel adalah hotel yang terasa seperti rumah. Bapak receptionist sangat baik dan ramah, kamar dengan isi yang lengkap (2 kamar 1 kamar model Jepang 1 kamar biasa ada microwave, kulkas, penanak nasi, kettle, piyama). Hotel memang terlihat tua rapi sangat nyaman dan bersih. Bahkan waktu pulang karena hujan kami diberikan payung gratis. Ada free kopi dan teh di lobby. Lokasi dekat dengan Shinjuku Sanchome Station exit E1-E2 dengan lift (jangan lupa lewat sini karena kami baru tau saat mau pulang). Next pasti menginap di sini lagi. The hotel is near Exit E2 and E1 (with elevator) of Metro Shinjuku Station. A very large room on the 11th floor with 2 bedrooms, each with 2 beds, a kitchen and a living room. The other day, staying on the 10th floor, there are 3 bedrooms, 5 beds, a living room and a kitchen. There are convenience stores around the accommodation. Many restaurants to choose from. The service staff is very good. can leave luggage The only downside is that it's a bit of a walk from the JR station, but it's a very good value accommodation. If there is a chance to go to Tokyo, will stay here again.

The hotel is not far from the tourist attractions in Shinjuku. Can walk And adjacent to many nightlife. (At night, the noise may be a little annoying. But not many.) There is a mini mart in front of the hotel and many restaurants. Walking distance to the BTS is not very far. Care is very well.

We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment, fully equipped. There are kitchen utensils for cooking on their own, but we do not eat outside. Bed is clean and pleasant. It is difficult to find a spacious hotel in Japan like Shinjuku Urban Hotel. The other times I was in other hotels I was obsessed and overwhelmed because the room size is small, sometimes there is no space to open the suitcase. And I was surprised that the Shinjuku Urban room was so wide. I will come back here again in Japan.
