The hotspring was great, and the staff were very friendly. Easy access to sight-seeing and convenience store nearby, highly recommend!

Amazing view and private sauna and hot tub were perfect.

Beautiful mountain property. Every morning outside was so peaceful. Our room was a little rough and a hard mattress. But it was a peaceful and beautiful 20 minute walk to old Wulai street. The staff was nice and very helpful. Most importantly, the water was excellent. The private bath filled quickly and the minerals were so good for our skin!

Very old hotel. Can tell our room was left vacant before our stay. Plus point for pur stay is breakfast

The room is so different from what the picture shows . It’s really old and dirty . The bed sheet , pillow stinks . Room signs said that hotel provide free shuttle to bus station yet we still get charged for it . Totally don’t worth the price

Excellent stay! Mountain/ hilly area with amazing views. The breakfast was very decent, for Taiwanese-style continental. The beds are now soft! The bed was super comfortable, as was the living room area of the room. The bathroom was top-quality, for the area. We had our own huge hot-spring/ hot tub, cold pool (small, for dipping), and our own sauna. Yes, all of this in our room. We felt spoiled and pampered. Not to mention all the amenities such as refrigerator, hair-dryer, and all the toiletries (except for hair conditioner). WiFi good and reliable.

Actually... it's still overrated. I think I can choose the other one which is better than this hotel

The host is very welcoming and very polite when treating his guest. Room is nice but the only downside is that the room is not equipped with heater and thus it was kind of cold in the night. Breakfast is of simple Taiwanese style which I like pretty much. Btw, not every service people speaks English.

The room is big enough for four of us. The hot springs is also very good.

Hotel is at upper level of hill, quiet, has good view of Wulai centre with a relaxing garden terrace. There is a footpath 1 minute away which descends close to Wulai centre, it takes about 15 minutes to reach the town centre using this. Hotel also provides transport to the centre though it has to be pre-arranged. The rooms have hot spring baths and the water is perfect for the skin. It was great to sit down to the lovely set dinner which used local produce after our long day of journey. Staff are very warm and friendly. Definitely a place to stay for those looking to spend time relaxing in peacefulness, yet close to the town centre with old streets and food. Waterfall caj be reached at a leisurely walk about 30 minutes.

當天比較晚入住，飯店有先打電話來提醒，入住時還幫我們升等成兩張大床，泡湯區非常大，住起來很舒服

This hot spring hotel has the largest bath, compared to others in Taiwan. And friendly staff provide the necessary support in case of need, a baby tub and extra blanket for my case.

很棒，不過衛生可再加強，蟲子也蠻多的

房間內環境稍微老舊，但是泡湯空間很棒，櫃檯服務人員態度親切，cp值很高

The room is not clean, with huge mosquitos flying, sofa and cabinet with dirt on. Not a nice experience, will not stay there again.
