We were put in a double bed room when I had booked a king bed suite. The front desk said Hotels.com made the mistake. The hotel did move us to the right room, but not without her personal comments that it was our fault and that we must have just changed the reservation when it was made three weeks before

No switch to operate fan in bathroom. Breakfast was excellent and Holly was especially superb in her demeanor and service!

The hotel was amazing. Unfortunately I’m embarrassed to have been the part of noise complaints coming from our room. I had an angel (Cassie?) pull me from a domestic violent situation. I am forever grateful to have that intervened when it was happening, without her- and her comfort to me, I would’ve stayed in a situation that we all know would have gotten worse. She took care of me and saw what was happening. I’d like to have a conversation with her, because it all happened so fast and I’m trying to put the puzzle pieces together from that night.

Food, gym, banks, gas stations, and shopping centers

Great stay! We had comfortable beds, room for the whole family and amenities to cook our own meals.

The only thing bad about this facility is the pool. The floor is so slik, my kids kept sleeping and falling. I had to walk like I was 60 years old to not feel like I was going to fall. The tile is like a slip and slid.

Bathroom fan didn’t work, reported to maintenance and was told something on the roof was broken. Hot tub jets didn’t work. Pool wasn’t maintained during the day so there was standing water everywhere which made it unsafe

The room was clean, quiet, and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed their breakfast. Easy check in and out. We’ll definitely be back soon.

I’ve always enjoyed my stays at the hotel but I noticed some furniture and overall care and condition of the room was lacking quality.

Overall, our room was wonderful. Room was supposed to be refreshed every other day but that didn’t occur.

The upholstery in the breakfast area was soiled and dirty. Our room was noisy one night and I called down to the desk. He tried to call the neighbors no luck —they offered to move me at 11:30 at night. That was not a solution. They took $44 off my bill. I stayed 4 nights. That was not a lot off for the noise. Better insulation. Disappointing.

Beautiful spacious rooms, breakfast was wonderful with many options. We enjoyed our 3 night stay so much. Dog friendly and we were able to leave our dog in the room while we went to different places around the Richland area. I would highly recommend this hotel and when we return in 2 years we will definitely be staying here again!
