We had a lovely break at the B&B. Julie and Brian accommodated our last minute booking and made sure the unit was clean, tidy and warm before we arrived. They even offered to keep the porch light on for us if we were going to arrive late in the evening, which is above and beyond the usual customer service experience. Communication was clear and instructions to access the property were easy to follow. The property itself is charming and has a nice feel to it. It is self-sufficient and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. The ambience was excellent and quiet, perfect for a getaway from the hustle and bustle. The nights were quiet and restful, only broken by the beautiful chirping of the birds at dawn. The B&B is a short walk away from the Yarra Junction shops, supermarket, cafes, playground, and museum. Highly recommend this B&B!

From the design of the cottages, to the presentation of the rooms as well as the service provided, everything is excellent and top shelf. This is a really beautiful place to stay and one of the nicest holiday accommodations we've had. The house is self contained and well furnished, which made for a lovely feeling of home. The hot tub is a special touch. The place is close to town to get supplies and visit the local pub, and a short drive from all of the amazing aspects of the Yarra Valley.
