Didn’t use room cleaning everyday but had towels replaced. Breakfast seating a little difficult but I understand over Christmas time the hotel was full to capacity so staff managed it well.

The breakfast menu was massive and delicious. I saw no pets and would have been aghast if there had been any.

Room was good value for money and the hotel has wonderful views and nice vibe. The glass elevator's worth a ride. I wouldn't say it's five star, but it's certainly got a sense of occasion. The room was spacious, comfortable and well-appointed - ot was easy to adjust the temperature to my liking, which gets a thumbs up. For me, the dinner options weren't quite there. I couldn't get a table at my first choice restaurant, despite it being a week night, travelling solo and being prepared to wait. So, I gave the Italian a go. Service was friendly, but if I'm paying £22 for a pizza, it had better be top notch.

The Steam Hotel is unbelievable. I did not expect such a great facility. We were in Vasteras to visit our son who is studying there, and I booked this hotel with my fingers crossed. Staying at the Steam Hotel was a great experience and if our son stays in Vasteras we will stay there again.

Property was nice. Furniture in the lobby areas could be a bit cleaner as there were stains. But the staff was kind and lots of great entertainment

Very nice room but the bathroom was not same standard with a shower curtain and a toilet seat that didn't fit the toilet. Som of the seats in the top restaurant had a lot of stains.

The best hotel in the world!

18th floor bar has spectacular lake views. Great restaurant choices in the hotel. Beautiful 7th floor pools, spa and sauna. A real destination hotel. Fantastic.

Truly amazing in all sense... decor, facilities, service levels, location, experience, food, comfort everything was first class and amazing value for money. this hotel would be triple the price in London. Free coffee on entry, extremely friendly and helpful staff (lent me a phone charger), décor and cleanliness were exemplary. The room very comfortable with stunning views. The food in the ground floor restaurant was stunning and wonderful experience. Gym was well equipped, good size and more than adequate for keen gym goer. Breakfast bag for early leaver (gutted i couldn't have full breakfast) and everything went smoothly. A truly one in a lifetime experience
