The staff at the reception were all very friendly and helpful when helping me with check in, putting my luggage in the storage room, extending my check out time for an extra fee, and printing out my tickets. They also speak English, so it was easy to communicate. There is free coffee at the lobby. The room is small but clean, and I like that they have a special luggage space where you can open your luggage. The bath was too small though, it is almost children size. Room cleaning is also only once every 3 days. I wish you can add room cleaning for an extra fee. The location is fantastic, right next to 3 konbinis, Den Den Town, and Kuromon market. You can even walk to the Shinsekai and Tennoji area from here, which is only 1 km plus away. There is also some coin washing machines and dryer on the 2nd floor, but I don’t like that they are separate and not operating as one machine like in some other hotels, and also the detergent was sold separately. As a result, after around 30 min you have to go down to change machines and start loading the dryer, instead of just leaving the machine for 2 hours if they were combined.

My room was on the 7th floor. When I drained the bathtub water, it overflowed into the unit bath space, flooding it... The hole in the bathtub to prevent overflow was really dirty... The bed and floor were clean.

I booked a few months in advance, so I was able to stay at a low price. The single room is small, but it's clean and functional. I think it would be a comfortable stay for a business trip.

The staff are friendly and helpful. You can leave your luggage before check-in and after check-out. The room is spacious and comfortable. The accommodation is near the train station and Dotonbori area. Overall, it is very good.

The lobby smells so nice and warmth. Check in was so easy and smooth. The location is quite convenient, only like 15 mins to dontonburi area. Lots of restaurants nearby as well as Family Mart / Seven Eleven and walk distance from/to nanba st. and nipponbishi st. The room is okay, clean, nice, the bed was comfy but still kinda feel cold even I have already turn on the heater maybe its because I got the room at the end of the hall, so no window but it came with a glass door which its supposed to be a door with access to balcony but its locked. I assumed the cold wind came from the door. Furthermore, all was nice and we enjoyed our time staying at Sarasa.

The hotel provides good convenience. Travel is convenient, safe, comfortable room.

I had the most comfortable stay at Sarasa Hotel Namba. The receptionist are very attentive, since I arrived from a late night flight and exhausted at the same time they opened another counter for me so I can checked-in right away. That simple gesture means a lot to me! I would highly recommend them when you visit Osaka. Location is very accessible to everything. Job well done to Sarasa Hotel Namba!

this hotel is really awesome, the front desk staff are very humble and helpful. the room is quite nice for japanese hotel room. location is good, 10 mnts walk from namba and nipponbashi station.

The hotels near everything. There are lawson, drugstore, restaurants and walk 5 mins you can reach the mall. Hotel also clean, breakfast have no variants but taste goods. Like everywhere in japan, quality is no.1

The hotel is still new, the rooms are clean although not large. Near to Dotonbori.

I really liked the room. I will definitely recommend it to my friends, it is in distance to Namba St so when you come from the airport it will be convenient. Furthermore, it is a short walk to kuromon market and to subway lines. It was my first time visiting Osaka and I had an enjoyable stay. The breakfast was great and fulfilling to start your day, staff was friendly and spoke English. Ammenities was as expected there is even a smartphone which was provided to be used as gps to sight see in the city.

The staff are friendly, the location is convenient, 20 minutes from JR Namba Station, 30 minutes from Dotombori, 1 minute from 7 markets, Lawson market, and McDonalds.

The hotel is quite good only the mattress might need to be replaced immediately because it is too soft and makes the body in pain.
