My friend and I really enjoyed our stay here! The room was nice and spacious. We had access to the pool from our room which was great. The area around the hotel was very walkable and safe, even at night. Staff were very welcoming and friendly, especially Alfonzo who took the time to provide thoughtful recommendations (e.g., food, excursions, etc.,) and general advice/guidance (e.g., safely navigating around).

Staff were amazing and so helpful. Will be back soon.

The staff were super courteous considering what they have to work with, seems like these hotels are looking for profit more than customers appreciation. The hotel is in need of a refresh as wear and tear shows. Would not consider this hotel again if i ever visited Tulum again.

It’s independently owned and operated! Super friendly front desk service, great deal on bike rentals, free umbrella and towels, a little outdoor shower to rinse off after a beach day, nice middle location between downtown and the bike path to the beach (about a 15-20min ride), the shower was big and had a pleasant rainfall style head, plenty of hot water, nice AC unit, cool aesthetic, pretty much checks every box for a nice little stay! Oh and the beds are super comfy AND I paid $62 USD for an hour long deep tissue massage right in my room. Just a good deal all around. There’s still more! You get a discount at the gardenia cafe next door which is family owned and operated and a pleasant place to get breakfast. Truly a gem. Alfonso at the front desk will fill you in on all the things to do.

Extremely clean room. Friendly, helpful staff. The pool was great to cool down after a day out in the heat.

I really loved my stay. Great location close to everything literally everything! I will be back for sure. The Ac was so effective I had good nights. The cleaning is on point as well they even clean when the suite is still clean love it. The only is they don’t have mug for hot water. But I still had it in the glass,

Hotel is well located and clean. I was there years ago and I noticed a slight decline: towels were old and some had holes, no more body lotion and or nice soaps although there was shampoo and conditioner in a refill container. Tulum in general has declined and it’s noticeable everywhere. But our stay was comfortable, AC worked perfectly, bed was comfy too. Hotel staff friendly and helpful.

Clean room, nice staff at front desk

This hotel does not look like the pictures, it is extremely tired. The reception is tatty and actually made me want to not go any further. When we got to the room, (no lift) bed linens were stained, lamps broken, furniture scratched and tired. Bathroom also needs updating, mirror old , anything chrome not polished .The messaging from the hotel is also off putting listing lots of rules to uphold standards of the hotel!!!! Laminated card in room with prices for breakages next to a battered do not disturb sign and water stained envelope for housekeeping tips also not good. Only saving grace of this place is the friendly staff and the efficient manager that arranged for us to move to a nicer hotel. A few updates and this could be much improved , no idea how it managed to get such a high rating on Expedia

Very spacious and nice rooms, nice pool area. You can rent bikes for moderate price. Super quiet. Very good value for money

Only stayed one night. The room was clean and the property is very nice. The water was turned off at 10 for some reason though.

Dirty and had to be moved to another room since the air conditioner did not work.

The location is centrally located. As a solo traveler this was important. I was able to walk every and the beach was a 15m bike ride away. The grounds were very quiet and security at night was an added bonus.

Hotel was nice, however, Tulum is not a place that I would recommend for vacation. Overall, the town was sub-par compared to PV, Cobo, Cancun or Cozumel. It was dirty and not as many options for restaurants. Also, I found the culture as not as welcoming as other Mexican locations. Also, the airport is new—but 45 minutes away. I would encourage anyone considering Tulum to do their research beforehand. We wished we had chosen another destination and regret the decision to vacation there.
