They are so helpful and friendly at the front desk! Made sure we had a driver for the next morning.

Clean room, amazing staff (Asia and Pasquale were excellent!), and great food! Fantastic hotel, I would highly recommend!

Decent hotel. Pretty much the only nice option in Pomigliano if you’re going for work. Front desk staff don’t speak any English so good luck getting help. Restaurant was nice and had new specials every night. Free breakfast is limited.

Somehow our reservation got lost. The front desk was very accommodating. Basically said that the two of us would not be comfortable in the small room anyway. So they gave a large suite with a for the same price.very nice hotel. We stayed just for the night for our return flight. Linguine with lobster was insanely goid in the restaurant.

Great spot close to the airport. Bed was comfortable, shower was amazing. Bar had wonderful cocktails and great breakfast in the morning. Parking was available for 6 euros, and they had pulled our car up the morning we left. Would recommend staying here.

This type of hotel in the US would be called a boutique hotel. And it exceeded the hotels in the US. The staff was absolutely amazing. The owner/manger was fantastic. The breakfast (Felix) and dinner staff was awesome. The cleaning lady always had a smile on her face. It’s a hotel that I will stay at again and one in which you should stay at if you’re anywhere near the area. It was an absolute amazing experience at a jewel of a hotel.

Couldn't fault the hotel, the managers and all the staff, especially the restaurant staff were so kind and couldn't do enough for us.

In my entire trip to Naples if there was one good thing it was this hotel and Marco who received me at the front desk. The taxi driver who brought me to the hotel was scheming to cheat me. Marco went out of his way to talk to the Taxi guy, helped me with cash and got me settled in. The rest of the hotel staff also were very good. This is a relatively newer property and has all the basic ameneties we international travellers are used to ( like AC, charging point beside the bed), clean and neat toilettes and bed. I suggest they put in an iron to press shirts in the room. Very good experience with this hotel..

The staff found ways to assist us. Cocktails a must after our sightseeing trips. Bar did a great job. Most contacts spoke very good English. Those who did not speak fluent English, grasped our requests remarkably well. Thank you.

The customer service at the hotel is unmatched!!! If the hotel had a work out room and a pool, I would call this place heaven on earth!!!! Restaurant is great!!! We plan to go back within the year!!!!

We had encountered a problem with our car hire service on arrival in Naples and the staff went out of their way to help us. The hotel is extremely clean and the rooms have everything that is needed. The only slight negative is that there is a club opposite the hotel and we found it extremely noisy on our arrival on a Sunday night and this did not finish until very late.

This was the third stay at this hotel....and again it did not disappoint. Friendly and courteous staff who know your name.

Clean hotel. Good location if you need to be close to the airport.Helpfull staff. If you need a taxi make sure to ask the staff to call one for you otherwise you will be ripped off.
