Very bad experience for such expensive stay

I got the balcony room and let me tell you the view of the lake and the mosque, is beyond astonishing. the lake and the mosque. The room however, is ok but not suitable for tall people. Farther more, the hostess Nora is the most honest, friendly, and hospitable person there is.

no staff at night or early morning before 8 AM ..
