Front desk staff very nice and professional All of them are very helpful I was attended by a very nice lady curly hair but I don’t remember her name She was excellent !

Everything was great, except for the parking...but we enjoyed the stay ..I recommend

Breakfast was good. Bed was good. Only my room bathroom was a little small and I’m a small person, the door was tight. When opening the shower the floor will get soaked, only had a half a glass. The shower head was great for my height but not for my husband. Other than that it was good.

Great location but property not kept very well and service was not communicated properly for house keeping not done. Great location to beach and boardwalk.

I like it is close to beach. I don’t like that they had roaches and some other bug. The bed was broken.

Great location, very short walk to the beach/boardwalk. Room was comfy didn’t have any issues. They have multiple properties so they may put you in either one but overall it was cool.

The room and outside property needs more maintenance. Walls, table, chair and kitchen counter has stains.

Great location conveniently located steps from the broadwalk. Finding the pools were a bit confusing and one roll of toilet paper for 3 nights was a little wild but other than that we really enjoyed our stay and would come back.

I love how it was just a walk to rhe beach

It was just a room. There were no batteries in the smoke detector, the connecting doors were painted shut and the door didn’t always shut/lock when we were leaving. We would have to slam the door, multiple times to get it to latch. Television didn’t work with the remote. Front desk was no help and there were no utensils for breakfast. We used coffee stirrers to put jam on our toast and cream cheese on the bagels. The pool area was clean

Great location but Staff is not friendly and pools claim to be heated but are cold, parking is tough.

He alojado en otras ocasiones en instalaciones de hollywood beach es comodo por estar cerca de playa y del comercio. Mejorar los utencilios de cocina, ollas mas grandes, enchufes o zapatilla de corrientes para conectar celulares etc. existe solo a un lado de cama, parrillas para asados, algo imortante la entrega de FIDELIDAD al cliente, menmbresias rebajas en alojamientos etc.

Good place for cheaper places on Hollywood boulevard.

The check in was cattle-like and time consuming, crammed into a tiny office, no semblance of a line, took forever, gave up and went to go have dinner. Came back. Still with no line took more than 10 minutes just to check in

The service at the front desk was slow. The keys to the room didn't open the doors to the suite well. I suggested they service the door locks that required replacement of the batteries inside the lock. The suite came with no dish wear; had to ask front desk for them - gave me a pathetic box of generic utensils obviously bought from a thrift store.

The place is nice the area is beautiful, the lady taking the check in not nice, they also charge you 20 dollars more for no reason, and breakfast is only one hour 8-9 am, those tricky things are the ones that make me not wanting to come back…..
