Excellent place and service. Great location. The hotel is beautiful and clean.

Our stay at LOtel Casa Arca was really beautiful. The stay came with 1 meal per day which you select from their menu and was absolutely delicious! The facilities were clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. It is walking distance (just outside) to the square with so much shopping and many wonderful restaurants. We would definitely stay there again.

This hotel was a surprise. It is about a half block off the Jardin square, shopping and restaurants. It was clean and quiet and we would definitely stay there again.

Sound proof doors really helped with the church bells!

Beautiful hotel in a great location in Centro. Breakfast is included and it is wonderful and plenty. The rooftop bar is very nice but doesn’t have great views like others in town. The staff was great and most were very pleasant. Not all spoke English but it wasn’t usually a problem. I highly recommend this hotel

Hotel es lindo y está bien ubicado. Restaurantes muy buenos y el nuevo rooftop está super. Pero para el precio (que es comparable con hoteles 5 estrellas) le falta calidad en el servicio y mejorar terminaciones en las habitaciones y algunas áreas comunes que se ven deterioradas. Tener en cuenta que queda en una calle peatonal y no ofrecen asistencia con equipaje.

Cute hotel in walking distance from the centro

Beautiful, small, elegant hotel right in the middle of everything. The rooms are big, spacious and amazing!! The hotel offers a small pool area with a beautiful view of the top of the church, a small roof top deck, an area for cocktails, etc. A restaurant with excellent food and an excellent staff. Our stay was WONDERFUL - thank you!!

The hotel is amazing. The property is so beautiful. The staff was very accommodating. A lot of special little touches. Me and my family felt at home. The restaurant was delicious. We had a great stay and are planning our return very soon.

The worst hotel I've ever stayed in. This hotel is just one star. Very bad service, the food is terrible and the rooms are dirty, ac doesn't work and there are bugs everywhere. the staff is unfriendly
