Dear K. Thanyada, I am very sorry if you were not happy with your stay with us! I can see that we upgraded your room from the standard room no-window to one of our superior rooms, so maybe this is why your room looked different. Phuket has been hit very hard by the pandemic, resulting in about 80% of all shops, restaurants and hotels being closed down and sadly many permanently, also near our hotel. Luckily now in November, we see shops and restaurants coming back to life! We are located about 10 min walk from the beach and a 10-15 mins walk from the main nightlife and shopping area. I hope you will give us another chance next time you come to Patong :-) Best regards Nicolai Juul
