Stayed here numerous times, this was the first time I stayed in the other part of the hotel over the road from the usual part, smaller, bathroom not as big, not as nice. Will return but will make sure I’m in the main hotel above the bar not the other part.

Great location, friendly staff with nice bar but the room is compact and you have to climb into bed and on bed to close curtains and very noisy. I stayed on a Wednesday and you could hear so much from the street on first floor that I hardly slept which is a real shame as I was hoping it would be a regular spot for a work stay.

Buyer beware. We were told when we arrived that we were booked at a site away from the hotel. It was dirty, didn’t feel safe, room was 3 flights up.( staff did bring our luggage up and down).Staff did not welcome us to the hotel amenities. Hotel looked cute but we didn’t see it.

Rooms are super tiny. If you are somehow claustrophobic do not book! Frette linen, Molton Brown amenities and HSKP very much appreciated.

The room was very small, but perfect for a one night stay. Had a Nespresso machine with Illy pods. Lovely shower and Molton Brown toiletries. The bed was spacious but the bed was quite hard & uncomfortable. Take earplugs to make sure you get a good nights sleep

The location is excellent. Cleanliness is top. Attractive decor. Popular romantic bar in lobby. Traditional pub next door are the pluses. Small rooms (but it is Europe), low bath faucet pressure. There is a motorcycle bar a block down so late night noise on weekends from the motorcycles but that is not the hotels fault as there is nothing they can do about it. I would recommend.

The staff and location were truly impressive. The bar was conveniently situated and served good coffee, cocktails, and friendly bartenders. However, the room was so cramped that moving around comfortably was a challenge. The shower design wasn’t very practical, since water often spilled onto the floor outside. The towels were thick and plush, but unfortunately, washcloths weren’t provided. The bed leaned on the firmer side, and the pillows were pretty thin. On a positive note, the Molton Brown bath products were a nice touch.

Great lobby and lounge, however the rooms & hallways were dingy with a foul smell. Rooms are extremely small. With the pub next door there is no chance of sleep… We found the front desk staff and bar staff to be incredibly cold/rude. I travel with medication that requires refrigeration. Given no refrigerator in room, I was told I could turn it over to them, versus them providing an ice to maintain its temperature. Better choices in Soho exist.

I love this hotel just steps from where the actions are in SoHo. Tiny rooms but who cares! They are enough to fit all my stuff. Stayed here twice already and I’ve booked again for the May bank holiday.

The hotel was nice, and well located. Staff upon check in were very pleasant. The room was the only disappointing bit. It was tiny, the lights didn’t work in the bathroom and there was only one paper thin pillow on the bed.
