I asked for a receipt and they took 43 minutes and locked the door so that I couldn't leave. I am placing a formal complaint before the authorities. Last time I book.a hotel with expedia. they locked the door. what aholes i had paid everything and was just waiting for the receipt. the towels were dirty. the staff was incredibly obnoxious... keep away keep far far away.

In this hotel the room was small but comfortable, everything was clean and nice looking. The location is close to a bus station, the stadium, San Antonio historical area and downtown. The only con about this place was the Wi Fi didn't work inside the room.

Very comfortable and clean room un a central part of the city close to public transportation.

Nice comfortable hotel, friendly helpful staff. Major football match whilst we were there which made the vicinity outside intimidating. We went into town for drinks and dancing and a major fight broke out with broken bottles being used. We had to get in a taxi and escape. Unfortunate incident that spoilt our stay. Otherwise very happy with our stay. Would recommend.

Habitación sin ventilación natural. Al momento de facturar la persona en el front desk no sabía como hacerlos

Al momento de ingresar estaba invadido de niños que asistían a un torneo. Mucho ruido, desorden y suciedad. Desayuno muy pobre. Preferimos desayunar en otro lado. Habitaciones sin ventilación. Ubicación peligrosa.

La cama un poco incómoda con sábanas nada buenas. El resto aceptable

El hotel tiene la ubicación perfecta para lo que necesitaba, el servicio estuvo bien, la habitación amplia, desayuno normal. En líneas generales cumplieron con mis expectativas

Me atendieron muy bien, todo fue excelente. Muy bien aseadas las habitaciones y todo el hotel. Todo muy adecuados.

La administradora y todo el personal mostraron un don de gentes increible, siempre prestos a colaborar
