Swimming pool, dining

This was our second time going and this time we took our kids too. We had a blast!

My friend and I had a great time. It was a business trip in a great atmosphere and we got everything we wanted. The service was good and the staff were very helpful from the reception to the restaurants and rooms. I recommend it, especially for families.

Very good all rounder which will suite both families and young people. Just maybe neex to improve room soundproofing as nightclub is making too much noise

Everything is perfect honestly

*Food was available 24 hours. The quality, taste, and diversity of the dishes were exceptional. However, the drinks quality was very poor, and the bartenders lacked expertise in crafting cocktails, they didn’t even know how to serve Tequila or Wine. Most bars lacked the necessary ingredients and equipment for cocktails. Therefore, while the hotel is a paradise for food lovers, it may not be the best choice for those who appreciate quality drinks. *The staff were very nice, polite, and helpful. However, they did not speak English, which posed a significant challenge for non-Turkish speakers. Therefore, communication barriers often necessitated the use of translation tools. While the majority of staff were pleasant, I must mention an exception: the Massage and Spa staff. They were very rude and would bother you every time you wanted to use the Turkish bath or Sauna. They always interrupted to advertise their massage services, making us uncomfortable and avoiding the Turkish bath to avoid their interruptions. *The hotel amenities were very good, including a small water park, a nice pool, and enjoyable nightly shows. Additionally, there was a pleasant beach and a fun disco. However, the Pavilion was beautiful but not free to access. The amenities may not be in busy periods. Therefore, be cautious during busy times. Lastly, the game hall was advertised as complimentary but incurred an unexpected surcharge, which was disappointing and should be clarified to guests in advance.

Beautiful hotel with facilities and service to match the price. Quality food in a sotiment where everyone can choose. The service in the dining rooms and bars is good, friendly and friendly - first class. The only weakness of the stay was the room service. It was poor - towels were constantly missing, beds were made up poorly, fridge was not replenished, washing up supplies were not replenished, etc. Other than the room service, everything was excellent. Small rooms , small bed, air condition not good enough , water in the shower at 7th floor was not good.

Mr. yulskel was extremely helpful , had great conversation with him. Wishing him all the best. Staff hardly spoke English was greeted at the lobby with a brochure and asked to look at it ???? Good it was in English…. All in all it was ok but will not go back and stay at the same resort. Disappointed

Property is nice and clean. Staff is extremely professional and nice. They try to solve all your issues. There has been wi-fi issues in general and they tried to resolve it for me as I had to work. Staff needs to learn more English for tourists I believe. But they try so hard to please them. Also towels for the beach is an issue. Hotel is trying to please everyone and give all the towels when they need it but this not eco-friendly. Towels should be only given once and customers should understand this rule..This is something they do for customers but we all need to be aware of the environment, water etc.
