When you have construction you should not be doing it at 2 am while guest are sleeping. This is really bad !!!!! I didn't enjoy my vacation because of this hotel couldn't sleep and asking why and lying that they weren't working.

The staff was nice and helpful. Hotel is nice enough but seats and chairs need cleaning specially in the breakfast area. The lightning in our room (601) was terrible. Overheard light in the big bed area didn’t work and there weren’t nearly enough power outlets and the few ones were either used by the tv’s or behind the mattress. The location however was great.

Friendly, accomodating staff and room was a good size. We had a small issue with our initial room but they kindly switched rooms for us right away no problem. Lovely to have shampoo and conditioner provided in shower. Towels and bed linens clean. Breakfast was also enjoyable and location in Bariloche is fantastic. All in all a great stay

Great hotel and great value for money, at least at the time I visited (low season). Centrally located, within walking distance to most important areas in Bariloche.

Las imágenes del hotel fueron diferentes a como se ve realmente. La habitación tenía almohadas en muy mal estado, la primera habitación que nos asignaron tenía hasta manchas en el cobertor, pedimos cambio de habitación, no había conectores cerca de la cama por lo que fue muy incómodo, el baño de igual manera no hay donde colocar cosas, en general fue muy incómoda toda la habitación. No volvería ni lo recomendaría. Lo unico bueno es su ubicación.

There were lots of small things which made this not a great place to stay. Pros: good location and low cost. Cons: Very small (you have to step over the bidet to get in/out of the shower), no A/C, only one towel, bathroom door didn't close, shower drain was clogged, etc.

This hotel has a great location and wonderful beds! It was a great find for our spring stay, with walkable distance of the lake, the city's downtown, many restaurants and a supermarket. The hotel allows you to bring food and heat it up on their microwave (the rooms do not have a kitchen). It also had a good buffet for breakfast, and free tea in the common area. We had a great time. Totally recommended.

Great location, friendly staff! We had a nice spacious room. Nice selection at breakfast. It was a great base for us as we explored the area.

The hotel staff is the best. The place is very clean and near every place. Also, the breakfast was the best we got in Argentina.

Los colchones son extremadamente viejos. Hicimos una visita guiada. Llegamos a la habitación y había dos hombres trabajando en ella, y nadie nos avisó. Se quedaron trabajando en la habitación, y nadie se disculpó por lo sucedido. Nunca tuvimos papel higiénico en los baños, y cuando preguntamos en recepción, no les gustó y nos hicieron muecas desagradables. El agua de la ducha no siempre calentaba, y además había poca. El desayuno lleva leche de cabra, no de vaca, y tenemos familiares alérgicos, y tampoco nos avisaron. No recomiendo el alojamiento.
