Perfect location. Clean, quiet area with cobblestone streets. Hotel was beautiful and the staff was attentive. My new favorite NYC hotel.

Room was spacious but a bit bland. We had a suite. Staff is amazing.

great location needs a bit of a rethink on decor

We lived our stay. The service is always impeccable and the employees helpful and nice. Truly exceptional. One bad thing was that our blackout shades kept stopping working— not convenient at midnight. With everyone in pajamas didn’t want to let engineering come in to fix it. Annoying but still an amazing hotel and next time I’ll make sure the shades work before unpacking. We got a room up high with a great view so zero complaints there. Are at Le Coin and C&C— bot both great. Be aware kids not allowed poolside after 12noon (I definitely understand why)— just be aware.

It wasnt on a busy road. A road where people park or valet park and since its cobblestone roads people didnt drive fast!

Excellent hotel, great location with wonderful restaurants and high-end shops in close proximity. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We will be back for sure!

Wonderful stay, all the staff were welcoming and friendly, and every need was taken care of. Traveling with two young children can be stressful but it was a breeze with Gansevoort

Charged an extra $100 night for bedding for the sofa bed.

The hotel stay was average. For the price they charge per night could have been a much nicer facility. Looks nice at first but kind of old. The dining options both three restaurants we tried one and it was horrible. The breakfast was barely edible and they tried three times to make a cup of coffee And every cup was poor. Service was OK definitely wasted money on breakfast at that hotel $100 for some eggs and three French toast sticks completely not worth it. Would not recommend staying there and would not stay there again. Customer service was OK at best.
