Very good staff, great location! Love this place, highly recommend

Check In: I booked 1 week in advance and got confirmation from the property management. When arrived at 11.30 to check in, the front desk told me that my booking has been cancelled. They told me to pay another higher amount in cash if I like to stay here or else leave. In the Expedia app, the booking still showed as valid with booked, and I did not receive any cancellation email from Expedia or property, else would have booked another hotel. I take this as blackmailing on behalf of the property management and never had such bad experience. Since it was mid night, I decided to pay higher amount and stay there. Room: room was ok but the mattress was too old with broken springs. The plastic water bottle in the room is complimentary but glass water bottle is not. If you still want to stay here, please open the fridge and take picture of the items in there and send it to hotel for records. Checkout: while checking out, the clerk went to see the room and told me that I have consumed 2 Fanta, 2 coke, and not sure what else and I am supposed to pay extra. When I checked in, there was plastic water bottles in the minibar fridge and that’s it, nothing else. I confronted him as there was no stocked minibar at all but clerk did not admit to it. My advice. Stay away from this property and save yourself some trouble and spoiled vacation.

I booked a 14 nights stay at this hotel 9 months in advance, and when I arrived they said they could not find the booking, then they said they found the booking but had no rooms available and to just get a refund and find somewhere else to stay. Very unhelpful staff and quite rude

The hotel is terrific for the price. The accommodations are not fancy, but they have everything you need. It is close to 7-11, street food stalls, and the beach. I would stay there again.

The best location. Walking distance to Patong beach and Bangladesh St. Family owned . Best value.

Stayed one night only out of 17 nights prepaid. Unacceptable standard and I found alternate accomodation at at a comparable price with far better facilities and amenities.

Located walking distance near everything you need, family market, food markets, beach (just perfect location), the hotel is clean and provides great hospitality. The hotel owner Jimmy is very helpful and will guide you throughout your stay. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. The hotel provides you with free WiFi. Overall experience was awesome. I'll recommend this hotel to every couple and families. You wont regret it just be there.

This hotel is located in a cortyard surrounded with a deserted building. Also this hotel is close to the beach but not in the best area of the patong beach. The room was ok and they kept it clean, but there was mold in the bathroom and also the view of the rooms with balcony is to the old deserted building. The hotel provides in the rooms condoms which makes me think what kind of hotel it is. We had no problems staying there but will not ever return there. the lobby is very uninviting and the restaurant with the pool table is not functional and the space is used for storage. However the hotel provided beach towels and beach umbrellas. The wifi was not very good

Excellent location and quiet enough for sleep. Service was excellent, overseen by very friendly Mdm Aim. Actually, all the staff were friendly and helpful. They can help with tour bookings and even motorbike hire. I hired a bike for a day at a very cost effective price and was able to go around the island by myself. Phuket is very large and quite expensive, but I relished coming back to such a friendly place. The air conditioning in the room works (but dripped water badly on my last night). Everything was kept clean daily, floors were mopped, etc. Breakfast is basic but good enough to start the day with. It isn't a five star hotel, but the overall positives outweigh any negatives. I highly recommend this place.

The owner is very concerned about the ensuring all of her tenants have the best stay possible. She went out of her way for my wife and I to address noisy neighbors without our even asking her to. Very good deal for the price in that it's about a 7-10 walk from Bangla road, 5 minutes from the beach, but not so close to either that you can't retreat to your room for an escape. We stayed during the New Year celebration and had zero problems. They even held a small, intimate hotel celebration and dinner for those that didn't want to brave the Patong Beach madness. Will definitely look to book again if prices remain the same.

Alors ca a mal commencer, Victime de surbooking, pas de chambre pour moi en arrivant a l hotel.. m enervant, elle m a trouvé une chambre ds un restaurant mesurant 7 m2 avec des cafards pendant 10 jours Ensuite j ai reussi a aller au nice hotel L hotel est bien place et pas si mal mais le debut a tout gache En plus j ai quand meme demande une réduction vu le préjudice Demande refuse par l hotel et hotel.com Assez scandaleux

No way its a 3 stars hotel. A Lot of broken things, extremly dirty behind and over the bed. Staff was Nice and polite.
