It’s basic hotel for an overnight. They have done a number of updates to the outside and the rooms which improve the general appearance. However, it’s not done well. My floor was soft and uneven. Some large gaps in the vinyl flooring. The parking lot is still awful.

Kind, friendly, personable staff. The property is dated, but well maintained. It had everything NEEDED.

Reception unaware of travel route to exit town. Unable to find CNN for me on TV

Good place to sleep, that's it. Air conditioner missing cover, TV did not work, place needs a serious update. Gentleman at the office was very pleasant. I guess if your an oil worker, this is as good as it gets.

Room was not clean. Coffee maker had a layer of dust on it. Did not use.

The lady helping us check in was phenomenal and super understanding. If you have kids, I definitely recommend.

Room was basic but good no extras. Bed was comfortable. We parked right in front of our room. Fort Nelson had a lot of snow this winter(2025/6), huge snow bank in the parking lot blocked Road noise. Also created a huge Lake as it is melting.

Great stay, although short, it was sweet.

Shops were near by. Clean room. Very decent place.

No coffee in room, and lobby closed in the morning. Never visited a motel where coffee is an impossibility before! Room falling apart with big gaps in flooring. There are better options at the same price...

Rooms are clean, very simple (no lamps or usb charging options). But clean, pretty straight forward. Nice for the price ($100)

The bathroom shower was dirty and the kitchen sink was not clean at all. Towels had stains and bed spread was stained with holes.

This is the second time we've stayed here. Nice motel. Nice people who run it.
