It is an old building falling apart. This hotel unfortunately falls short of expectations, particularly when contrasted with the polished images presented online. While the front desk staff showed commendable hospitality, that was the extent of the positive experience. The condition of the rooms was disappointing, with issues such as uncleanliness, torn curtains, an odorous mattress, and dirty windows. Although the breakfast selection appeared adequate, the refusal to prepare fresh scrambled eggs and opting instead for microwaving the morning's leftovers was a letdown, exacerbated by the cook's unfriendliness. The hotel's swimming pool, despite boasting a stunning view, was marred by murky water that obscured the bottom and surrounded by low-quality plastic furniture. Additionally, the delayed opening of the pool further detracted from the experience. The early closure of the restaurant and bar was a significant inconvenience, limiting evening options. An incident involving a denied request for enjoying a bottle of wine by the pool due to an impending area closure, despite previous assurances of accessibility, was particularly frustrating. Ultimately, our stay was underwhelming, leading us to spend the majority of our time elsewhere, including dining at local restaurants in Cumbuco and visiting another beach club. A notable inconvenience was the difficulty in securing transportation from the hotel, as both Uber and other taxi services were unreliable in this location.

Café da manhã limitado e com pouquíssimas opções, reposição limitada, qualidade do quarto e banheiro (privada solta, chuveiro dando choque, espelho sujo), papel higiênico de péssima qualidade, travesseiros antigos com mofo, ruins e moles. Equipe de funcionários sempre à disposição e simpaticos. Mas a estrutura deixa a desejar sobretudo nos quartos.

O hotel tem excelente infraestrutura.

A vista é linda e o espaço das piscinas é muito bom, mas o quarto deixa a desejar. Café da manhã muito modesto com pouca opções.

Meu quarto não tinha vista para o mar. Os guardas roupas estavam com pouco de cheiro de morfo.

O ar condicionado não esfriava o bastante, a tv estava sem antena, tive que pedir ajuda, a cortina da janela não fechava totalmente e a claridade logo cedo tomou conta do quarto, o café da manhã péssimo. Chegamos pra tomar café da manhã às 9:40, não tinha praticamente nada, apesar de encerrar as 10:00, ou seja, se for por lá, pra não ficar sem cafe, tem que acordar cedo.
