I arrived and checked in, was told no breakfast was paid for which I had. Looked for proof on phone, had no proof. Hotel .com let me down big style. About 10pm my room was freezing, told reception and for 1st time they said heating was not working and turn off A/C unit which is also heater. To be honest it was totally shocking behaviour by Hotels.com and Moxy reception.

Was super easy to find, beautifully location staff were extreamly friendly and helpful and rooms were lovely x air con worked but the heating didnt! Thank god for the duvets x the most surprising thing was we were right by the airport and the train but didnt hear a thing unles the window was open x

Hotel was very clean, easy to park, very nice breakfast. Hotel staff polite and helpful but not overly friendly.

Clean, modern and comfortable hotel in a convenient location. Very easy to access major transport routes in and out of London. The staff were great.

Lovely small hotel at an excellent location. A bit noisy when plane takes off but then you are near the airport. Staff very lovely. Rooms are clean and modern. I didn’t eat breakfast there as i only wanted a pastry and there's a cafe nearby. Can use the DLR or walk across Cannaught Bridge to get the 129 bus.

Check in swift and good selection of drinks and snacks there which is good if you arrive late. Car park not signposted very well and it is right round the back of the hotel, £15 a night. Hotel is just a short walk away from a DLR station.Room was good, bathroom was really small but functional; get off the toilet and you're in the shower... Beds and pillows were amazing, probably the most comfortable hotel bed I've slept in worldwide!! Motion sensor light under the bed was really useful. Overall a good little hotel, easy to get into London. We'd stay again, thank you.
