We didn’t like where the hotel offered parking. Lots are supper small and poorly lit. Our car window was smashed on our new suv. Not a good place to park a full size suv or truck

Good hotel and friendly staff. Could focus more on cleaning. Aside from that, I have nothing negative to say.

Called @ 3pm talk to someone about shuttle service from airport . I was told shuttle runs ever 30 minutes until 2am. Flight landed at 12:30, waited for 45 mins. Called hotel and front desk told me shuttle stops at 8pm No ac In hallways or lobby or elevator, extremely hot hotel. Worst la Quinta I’ve ever been too

the tv didn’t work because they didn’t have a remote the front desk said they would let the manager know and nothing was done to fix it so i couldn’t watch tv i hate to give bad reviews but this wasn’t a good stay for me and my husband :(

Property is not being kept. The hallways stink of cigarrete & marihuana smoke plus a broken elevator not being serviced creating inconvenience situations for disabled people to get to a room on a 2nd floor.

Elevator wasn’t working. But everything else was good.

Everything was dirty stains on the sheets.

The bathrooms are really clean however, the facility and the rooms are dated. They could use upgrades.

If you're flight is later or anything happening unexpectedly... No one is at the office.or any number that show's up in prompts to emails...12:30 pm late flight ...no one will answer numbers provided one the building it self or by emails text direct to phone. So I had to ...just pay again for a hotel room serious search at ungodly hours:(. ... Never ever again will I book here !! I paid for 250.00 hotel around 2am. Finally got services and sleep few hours. Never ever stay there. Alison

The tv didn’t work half the time. It’s quiet and ok but it could’ve a better experience

I was quite disappointed to find the floor sticky, hair on the bed, and a broken bottom rail on the glass door. The bathroom door also appeared to have a hole in the middle. I have pictures but this review doesn't allowed me to upload

There was a hole in the wall of the bathroom door when I walked in and black particles on the bed. This place is gross. This is the second time in Orlando. I have pictures to prove it and I want my money back as I felt unsafe, a hole in the wall, staff was never available. The only reason I didn’t change is because soon as I checked in, I had to run out until late night to sleep and checked out early the next morning. I’m going to write terrible reviews with picture proof if I do not receive a refund for this atrocious place.

VERY nasty smell in the room, shower faucet was nasty flooring was terrible, lot of barking noise & ppl talking Loud at 3 am, checked out at 6 am , nobody around,

The property was clean, the young lady behind the desk was extremely nice and she was very informative. Our room was clean and adequate to meet our needs. The only issue that we really noticed was an odor in the entrance corridor and the hallway to our room. If I had a choice to stay here again, I would definitely stay as it was inexpensive and met our needs for the evening.

Close to airport, good value and most importantly feels safe.

I just want too say I thank u Ms.Peggy and hear staff. I been going through some rough times but the stay there very peaceful. It’s also what u make it. I would like too apologize too the whole staff for my actions I had too leave at my own will. Room 113 I appreciate them so much and may u have a blessed holiday..

No front desk OR ANY SERVICE after 10pm. Our tv wasn't working and no offer to switch rooms or anything. Not one cup or ANYTHING, although there's a stove....? Wouldn't recommend. Especially for the price.
