Bath room is easy to get wet, the room had a bed smell.

The bed had stains all over it. And the room smelt of cigarettes despite them having a no smoking policy.

We booked two rooms. One regular room with double bed for my father and one luxury room for me my wife and baby. And both rooms smelled musty. The pillows and bed smelled like it didnt dry correctly. The AC smelled nasty as well.

It was the best price available for this area, so I wasn't expecting much at all. The night clerk was quite handsome and courteous but very strict. If you are a rule , breaker, do not stay at this hotel because they will not put up with your foolishness. And that is why I felt very safe for both of the nights I stayed. I opened the door to the room and was stunned to see it was exactly like the picture shown on hotels.com.. EXACTLY. Everything promised was there and everything was as clean as it should be. If you are looking for an affordable room that is comfortable and clean.This is the place to stay for an incredibly low price. This will be my hotel in Orange County from now on. -Jeff Sousa

Well I didn't like the fact by the time I made the reservation and then got to the room an hour and a half later I was tagged for what and from where I don't know but you guys owe me a refund debited if my card

We didnt have our kids with us so we booked with Tropic lodge. Clean, friendly and non smoking rooms. Alot of dining places in walking distance. Free parking. We enjoyed our stay.
