The room was not as i would expect a 4 stars hotel to be.

Breakfast was rubbish, eggs with tomato, boiled eggs, eggs again . No meat option. No fresh vegetables, no cheese

I would definitely never recommend wazo hotel. Over chagred, dirty, no valueables can be left in the hotel as the safes are portable and not bolted down. L, the first safe didnt work when brought to thwre attention someone walked inw ith a differnt safe under his arm to be replaced. When i asked about bolting the safe down he is not possible.

The rooms are very small . Beds are only 100 cm jammed into small room. You could fall off the single bed while sleeping. The king size bed is just two single beds 100 cm each side be side . If beds moved you get a gap lol. Room are clean but bathrooms stink. I don't recommend this hotel

Huge hotel, big rooms, nice pool

We tried to check in a little early but could not so we came back 15 minutes after check-in time and the rooms were still not ready. Had to wait another 20 minutes to end up with the last rooms in a gigantic hallway with a view of an empty field. The hotel was fine for a one-night stay but again not a 4-star hotel by our standards.

Bills it’s self as a 4* hotel, rooms are in dire need of a make over, no robes, slippers or water in the room. More like a 2* or at the very best a 3*. No tea or coffee making facilities either. Breakfast was very bland, no flair at all, the only thing going for it was that it was cheap, however I would have paid double if it was better. I will definitely not grace this place with my presence again

My flights were very very late and I was happy to see that they had someone at reception 24 hours. The room was nice, but someone had left the balcony door open so it was very cold and there were some bugs flying around inside. Room was everything I expected it to be. I was happy that they had toiletries and the breakfast was good.

All the staff were excellent, bar staff, A1, Reception Awsome too, only thing would say is could do with sorting the breakfast menue out, and possble opening bar little earlier, apart from that Great value

Nice place to stay, the pool area was great and staff very helpful.

The family suite is not as description at all. The two twin beds are two sofas. Then our room is changed to a much smaller room, with a Queen-bed a Double-bed a Twin-bed, which should be a King-bed two twin-bed.

They requested more money at the check in, and they requested paying for breakfast while I’ve already paid in the reservation, the staff were rude, I’m not happy with that hotel.

First time to stay here and found it to be a great hotel given its a 4 star . Easy access to a lot of places and transport , great restaurants and buffet . Staff go over and beyond to assist with any queries . Manager accommodated us when we decided to stay an extra night . Entertainment through out the day was amazing with lots of activities at the pool Gym facilities are great too Definitely worth staying at if you want impeccable service

It was a beautiful and great place, the wazo hotel was amazing, excellent service beautiful staff. I will definitely be going to stay at the wazo again.
