New, modern room. Comfortable bed. Great selection of pillows. Amenities shopping is always fun. Breakfast is horrible. The hotel does not have its own breakfast service but gives out a voucher to dine at a pub next door which has only fish, rice, tofu and soup. Location is great. Walkable to subway, Don quijote and Sakae area.

Close to tourist attractions in the city, convenient to travel, a bit small room, Japanese style, but the complete set of bedding has pillows and accessories that can be picked up at reception.
