for the cheap price, this hotel is highly recommended for young people who want to perform Umrah

The room is spacious, clean, and the view is great! However, the water heater is not working for my entire stay. The location is quite far from the haram. I thought the shuttle bus provided is direct to the haram area. It’s only until Jamarat bus station (which actually you can reach by walking), and from Jamarat you have to take another public bus provided by the government, and this bus is always full. I was sick on my last night, and the staff wasn’t showing their empathy. I have to walk myself at 10pm to the hospital :( This hotel is good for groups, so you can share the taxi. Going with the bus takes a lot of effort.

All good. Staying for 7 days in this hotel and don't have a problem at all. All requests are granted and as expected!

The service is very good, the security is willing to help & doesn't want to be given a tip, there is a shuttle bus available to the Grand Mosque, just check the departure time.

Not bad for those who want to do independent Umrah, with cheap prices but good hotels, spacious and clean rooms, just to get to the Grand Mosque by using the shuttle bus from the hotel with a schedule of once every 1 hour, and vice versa. So you have to pay attention to the shuttle schedule, don't miss it.

Hotel staff is friendly, rooms are clean, prices are quite affordable. There is a free shuttle bus to and from the Grand Mosque.
