Bed stuck

The bed was stuck between the wall and what seemed like a clothes cabinet (it couldn't actually be opened) . This meant that one could only access the bed by climbing over its foot and if one wanted to get up during the night one had to go through a bit of acrobatics and if one has a back problem(as myself) it becomes quite unpleasant. I asked to be moved to another room or that the cabinet be moved so that the bed was accessible but the receptionist said there were no rooms available and she couldn't move the cabinet. What is so irritating is that there was no apparent reason for the cabinet in question to even be in the room let alone in that totally unreasonable place were neither the cabinet nor the bed were accessible. Morever, there is already a closet in the room. When I pointed this out to the receptionist, I was informed the staff were already aware of the problem and had reported it. But this being the case case the room should never have been allocated to a guest until the problem was resolved !!!!

Spacious room with all amenities including a full kitchen included. Good location for transportation. Reasonably priced.

The room was sunny and bright and the bed fine . But but the hallway carpets are stained and dirty . No food options or heatable dishes like the other Biz apts. No soap in bathroom dispenser. Had to wait for hours to get into the building because there was nobody at the reception desk until 2 pm even though i told them i was arriving at 12:30. Other than that when there was someone working at the front desk, they were great .

Air conditioner would be nice

The male host made it unpleasant to stay. Very arrogant

Great value for money, plenty of space, good quality

This is probably the dirtiest hotel I've ever been to, there were stains all over the carpet on the floor and over the chair inside the room. The floor inside the room was very scratched up and everything felt quite unpleasant. The receptionist was absolutely lovely but unfortunately we had to book another hotel because of how uncomfortable we were here.

Modest yet functional apartments with really everything you need for a stay in Stockholm. We appreciated the laundry room downstairs and the different bins downstairs to recycle our rubbish. The mini supermarket across the road is expensive as has been mentioned in another review but it is so convenient to quickly pick up a few needed things. And the staff there are lovely. The only thing we didn't like about Biz Apartments was that Reception is not staffed between 8am and 1.30pm daily. It caused a major drama for us when a courier was attempting to deliver our flight-delayed luggage. Other than that we'd definitely stay there again.

Clean and had the basics for a hotel at the price.

It seemed like an older hotel. The carpets in the hallways were very dirty. Rooms were not bad but definitly could use upgrades. Dishes provided were not very helpful when cooking a meal. Water kettle was old and dirty. TV would only stay on for about 30 minutes before turning off and then would loose signal constantly. Parking was costly and per day.

Spacious apartment with everything we needed. Generous breakfast, well worth the extra money. Convenient location in residential area close to bus and tube routes, restaurants, supermarkets etc. Easy commute or energetic walk into town. Stockholm is stunning with so much to see and do, Apartment block felt very secure and area felt safe. The only thing I didn’t like was apartment was on ninth floor and no safety features on windows, and no fan provided.

We stayed as a group of 4 for 2 nights during the Taylor Swift concert. The rooms were very large. We ended up taking Uber and taxis because public transport wasn't so easy, so that did add up quite a bit. The shower in one room wouldn't drain and flooded the bathroom, but the front desk staffer went himself to plunger it and resolve it quickly. Lovely cafe/bakery nearby with truly delicious pastries and coffee which served as breakfast. Overall, extremely good value for the size and quality of the room.
