This is my second time staying at Poshtel, but in a different room. The receptionist is always available, even when I checked in late. This time, I stayed at the 10-bed dorm and the only issue I had was my locker placed at the top, and it was a bit of a hassle for me to put my luggage. But apart from that, the bedroom was clean, quiet, and spacious enough for me to sit. The bathroom was a bit smelly from the drainage, and there were several small insects flying around. So I guess it was because the bathroom was a bit damp, so hopefully an exhaust fan or opening the door would make it better. They provided towels, a hairdryer, and soap. You can even ask to change the bed linen and towel if you want. For the location, it was the best. Nearby, there's a 7-Eleven, and it is right in front of the escalator to the BTS Phaya Thai and connected to the ARL to Suvarnabhumi. I can even walk to get a coffee at the famous cafe, Factory, there.

7-11 and Thai post office is next door. BTS station is at the front door. Roof top bar is great. Comfortable and safe for solo traveler. Shower faucet should be fixed. Overall is good. I always stay here for short visit to BKK.

Actually, if the location could be given 10 stars, I would give it a 10 star rating, because it is connected to everywhere, outside the hostel there is already BTS that goes to the city (Sukhumvit Line), ARL, and two bus stops at once (one stop across, the other a little way to the right), turning left is 7Eleven, THE ONLY thing I regret is that besides there is no more breakfast, I am also not allowed to bring a glass to the shared bathroom to rinse my mouth, I had to buy another bottle myself. And I can't unpack wheeled luggage except in the Luggage room on the ground floor, I think it's troublesome, especially if there is only one luggage and all the changes of clothes during the trip, souvenirs, medicines, etc. are piled up in that luggage. Even though from what I see, the lockers should be big enough for at least medium-sized luggage, and on the top floor there is also a bar so is the fear of noise and disturbing the comfort of guests still a reason? Still about the lockers, if the number locks are no longer working and can only be locked with a padlock, please remove them (or at least give a warning if the number lock is not working), how can you remove the breakfast facility that has been there for 7-8 years, but this year you can't remove the locks that don't work. Regarding the staff who can't speak English, it's not that they can't really, it's just that their grammar and diction are messy, and when I stayed, almost all the tourists were local Thais but from provinces outside Bangkok.

This is a good hostel for travelers. It's in the city center, close to public transport, and clean.

The accommodation was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The staff were lovely, friendly, and very polite.

This is my 5th time staying here, and this time I experienced the cabin type room. It exceeded my expectations; it was very comfortable and clean. The location is very convenient, just 2 minutes from Phaya Thai train station. The staff are friendly, and there's even a luggage storage area where you can leave your suitcases after checkout.

I usually choose to stay here because the rooftop common area allows you to bring something to eat and enjoy the view of the Skytrain. But unfortunately, it has become a bar. At night, they play music and live music, and the sound is loud enough to reach the bedroom. As for the bathroom, the water isn't very warm. Now, the only good thing is the location.

The bathroom is not as clean as before. The air conditioner is very loud. It should be repaired.

The young male staff member who checked in was very cute. He provided good service and spoke politely. The room was clean and didn't smell musty. There was an elevator, separate bathrooms for men and women, and stairs that weren't monkey bars. There was a bar on the top floor but I didn't hear any noise. The bed didn't sink in and I slept comfortably. The air conditioning was very cool. The pillows and mattress were clean. There was a 7-11 next door, a BTS Skytrain, a post office, a regular train, and a skytrain connecting to the airport nearby. Everything was good and convenient, nothing to complain about.

It would be great if there were shoes to wear in the common area so you don't have to walk barefoot to the bathroom or bedroom.

It was great and worth it to stay. I like the way they designed the bunk beds. They are easy to access, but private and comfortable. However, I suggest it should provide breakfast (it can be a very simple meal), and should have a bit more common area.

The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. The built-in bed is easy to get in and out of, not noisy, not shaky, comfortable to sleep in. The bathroom and shower are separated for men and women. The cleanliness is excellent. We had plastic surgery and still had a comfortable stay. You can't make loud noises in the room here. It's next to BTS Phaya Thai. It's easy to find food. If I have a chance, I'll definitely stay here again.

The room is good, but the key card slot at the head of the bed is not very good. You have to stuff paper in it to get the power plug.
