Great first impression. Looked nice from outside. Lady at check in was great-very friendly and upbeat. Got key and as always I check room before unloading. Elevator was dirty and hallway to room needed swept bad. My thoughts were not good after seeing this. However room was very clean. Bed and pillows were OK but have had more comfortable many other places. Breakfast started T 7 and we ate about 7:40. Food was cold and I mean cold. Not even warm. Milk was in a pitcher and wasn’t cold. Also when pouring, the lid came off. No employees around to see how everything was. If not for front desk lady I would give this a poor rating. She was only reason I gave an OK rating.

Everything was great from walking into a nice ice cold room on a hot day in the pool was well deserved on a solo vacation with a nice hot breakfast in the morning

Very clean and updated. Spacious rooms. Loved the walk in shower.

Failed to provide linens for fold out bed.

Great Stay! The room was large and clean. The bed was comfortable which is always a plus.

This is our second time staying at the Residence Inn Oklahoma City Northwest for our July convention, and it’s been fantastic both times! The staff are super friendly, the breakfast is great, and the room layout is wonderful. We especially love the small kitchen area. Highly recommend!

Very disappointed. Called to confirm online booking. Gentleman on the phone was rude and not helpful. He put me on hole twice for several minutes and then proceeded to tell me that he would not be able to accommodate the our booking and when i asked wow we go about receiving a refund he would give vague answers about how he would need to ask his manager about that. I sent a message to them hopefully to revolve the issue with management. Have not heard back and have no received refund. Very very upset and am turned away from all Marriotts in future.

Nice and quiet. Good price, nice location, friendly front desk. Was miffed a bit by the breakfast being totally gone by 9 am. A little early in my opinion, especially for people on vacation. Seems like they saved it for the workers as several walked to the kitchen a few minutes after 9. We ended up at Hatch which was phenomenal, so whatevs.

Nice place with easy parking and access to highway. Smoking should NOT be allowed on property! Especially right outside the front entry doors! Manager didn’t seem to care?

Clean, would definitely stay again Check-in associate not professional but was responsive on request. Easy access to anyplace in OKC
