The bed wasn’t very comfortable, the staff downstairs wouldn’t let me to my room until they “verified who I was” and the music playing in the surrounding areas crept through the walls like rats.

The people that work in the front desk during the evening is very nice. The smell of the sheets was kind of old, but clean.

The hotel was very conveniently located, near restaurants, transportation and shops. Unfortunately, the rooms were very small and the first floor rooms do not have mini bars or refrigerators. Additionally, they charge for everything and there is not even any complimentary water in the rooms.

This was my first stay at Hotel Steglitz International and even though its a little outdated it is still a nice place to stay. It is clean, very quiet and the staff is friendly and approachable and always willing to assost with any needs you may have. I stayed in room 483 which had a nice virw over the plaza and the Rathsus and a beautiful sunrise in the morning. Public transportation right in front of the door and shopping within walking distance! The only thing that was a little annoying was the wifi thst was a bit weak. But other than that i have nothing bad to say about this place! I would definitely stay there again and also recommend it to others!

Great experience. Staff was friendly, professional amd helpful. Great location. We were able to take the train to into Berlin, only took 15 min. I liked staying there rather then downtown.

Excellent location in one of Berlin's nicest suburbs, at the end of Schlossstrasse, the second busiest shopping street in the city. The hotel is perfectly acceptable in all aspects, save for the strength of the wifi connection. It would be impossible to work in one's hotel room.

Issues with wifi that went unresolved for the whole trip. Facility is well maintained and clean but it is dated.

Weak or no wifi .uncomfortable pillow and bed. No air conditioner.only fan was available upon request

Nice hotel but it does not have air conditioning which is an issue in the summer which is why it is rated lower than I otherwise would have rated it. Our room was very warm at night even with the windows open. The hotel is U and S bahn locations right near the hotel which is nice.

Lovely Hotel, very clean rooms and great service. Perfect location! Bakery and Supermarkets are right next door. Close to all public transportation such as busses, U and S Bahn. I stayed at the Hotel Steglitz for sixteen nights. Glad I did!

Easy access to transport

Enjoyed stay here, so much better than I thought it would be. Loved the openness of the hotel. Breakfasts were great and loved the location.

The hotel overall is okay, price is good, just that one of the front desk guy is quite impolite. When I walked back into the hotel and tried to get some water from the water dispenser at the main lobby, a front desk guy asked quite abruptly "Do you stay in the hotel?" I told him my room number. I don't remember I was being interrogated like this ever when I walked in a hotel anywhere in the world. Also they don't have water kettle to let you boil water in your room. That same reception desk guy asked me to go to the coffee room on each floor to get hot water. But then I wasn't sure which button to press for hot water, the guy lectured me how to spell hot water in German.
