The staff are very friendly but the accommodation needs repair. The pool needs repair, the bed needs repair and they are short of towels and house keeping staff.

A very nice hotel with a small pool and internet available in the rooms. Wonderful staff service that gives all their heart to the guests. Located in the middle of Patong Beach main street and everything is close to the hotel. Fully accessible for disabled and there is an elevator. Good staff, everyone loves, but not good. There are mosquitoes in the room. The first day I can't sleep at all. Breakfast is basic. The pool is ok, clean well, but behind the balcony does not wipe the table at all. Overall, okay.

Cold food for breakfast. Manager not up to standard. No hot water only for the problem to be sorted out in a matter of seconds
