The receptionist was better than expected. The hotel is old and not clean. The air conditioner is not cool. The TV doesn't work. At first, I was going to stay for 2 nights. One night was more than enough. The pool is for those who didn't stay. There is no place to put things. The table under the stairs is dusty. I don't dare put anything. My daughter said she won't come again, Mom. I think so.

Food is very expensive, no menu, no price

The service staff is very good. The room is clean, the atmosphere is good.

The resort is not far from city center (Wat luang por pra sai, Indo-china market) The facility is quite good in a green environment. All of the staff provide a proper manner and well service. A great pool is open during 6.00-20.30. The breakfast consists of Thai, American and regional menu. In case that I need to visit Nongkai again, It is the hotel of choice to take part as a happiness traveller

I love the good work. The problem room can be solved immediately. Get a new room and upgrade the room too Very impressed. Clean accommodation. Tasty breakfast. There are many delicious local foods to eat.

Overall good, but the warm water that is not always bathed

Come stay at 10:30 pm, the entrance from the main road is quite isolated. Open the bath, the tub is not warm. Call the staff and hurry to deal quickly. The room is clean. Breakfast is ordered in sets. Choose pan eggs Basil pork with fried egg With anything unknown, the staff recommended and provided to the table It is Vietnamese food as shown. There are corn, beans, sprinkled with sugar, delicious coffee, followed by fruit, watermelon, papaya. The atmosphere is cool and shady outside, perfect for resting in the rain. Pool is ok. Looks a little dated but the water is clean. Considered worthwhile, suitable for the price
