My recent stay here was nothing short of spectacular, and I’m already plotting my return. ### **The Location: Unbeatable** The hotel is situated in the perfect "sweet spot." We were within walking distance of the city’s major landmarks and best dining, yet the room itself was a peaceful sanctuary—remarkably quiet despite the central hustle. Whether you’re here for sightseeing or business, you couldn't ask for a better home base. ### **The Service & Staff: World-Class** What truly sets this hotel apart is the **people**. From the moment we pulled up to the entrance, the hospitality was genuine and proactive. * **The Front Desk:** Check-in was swift and we were greeted by name throughout our stay. * **The Concierge:** They didn't just give directions; they secured us a "sold out" dinner reservation that made our trip. * **Housekeeping:** Meticulous and thoughtful. They seemed to have a sixth sense for when we were out of the room. ### **The Amenities & Comfort** The room was a masterclass in modern design—spacious, impeccably clean, and equipped with high-end tech that actually worked. Awesome hotel, beautiful bright rooms with an amazing view. Breakfast buffet is excellent, and the restaurant, entertainment and bar on site are just as good as anywhere else in the city. Hotel is right in the city center, the beautiful Tanger-Ville train station across the road and a shopping mall in the back. 5 min walk to the beachfront and corniche. This will be my go to hotel when returning to Tangier.

Clean room, nice staff, excellent breakfast

Cons: dirty bed sheet. blocked shower room that soaked my feet. Terrace and swimming pool closed but not stated clearly when I booked. It's an old hotel. Facilities and rooms are more like a so-so 3-star hotel. Not worth the money. Pros: nice breakfast with seaview; free parking on the ground floor.

Absolutely safe. Opposite train station 24 hrs vigilance. Very friendly staff and courteous. Easy taxis and mall next door. Awesome views from room. Breakfast is beyond imagination

A very nice hotel, like all the others in this famous chain. The staff was very attentive, and the rooms were beautiful.

Stunning views from the breakfast and restaurant floor! The food was great too. The hotel room was so spacious and clean. Loved this place. Also conveniently right across from Tanger Ville train station with many tour pick-ups covering this hotel.

Wonderful stay

Everything was fabulous. The location, breakfast, staff, amenities and cleanliness.

I had a very disappointing and upsetting experience at this hotel. I ordered the lamb dish recommended by the hotel, but it tasted extremely off, and I ended up feeling very sick and vomiting. What made the experience even worse was the hotel’s response — or lack of it. They offered no assistance or care, and simply told me they could call a doctor at my own expense. This shows a serious lack of responsibility for guest safety and well-being. I trusted the hotel’s recommendation and ended up with a ruined day and a terrible experience. I absolutely do not recommend eating anything they suggest.

Room and everything else was great! THE MOST UNFORGETTABLE WAS THE COFFEE served at breakfast! It was superb!!!
