The price for the location is decent. I felt like I had to be hurried and inconspicuous everytime I walked into the building, though. I was told to strictly not talk to the concierge or security in the building.
When I first arrived, I did exactly what I was told and even then, I was left hunting around eight bikes to look for a random lock box that was buried on a bike and looking like the actual lock for the bike, so that I could access the keys to the room. After walking around for a half an hour with my luggage after a 5 hour flight, a train ride and an uber ride. Thank goodness it wasn't raining or snowing.
On exit I was threatened to wash my dishes and take my garbage or I wouldn't get my deposit back. I found myself worried about hundreds of dollars and ended up emptying garbage cans with stress, then wandering around with a bag of garbage and all my luggage looking for a dumpster, before I left. It seems like a bit much, but maybe I'm new to this service. I certainly didn't have this, the last time I used AirBnB, and certainly wasn't expecting an AirBnB type of experience when using hotels.com...
That all said, now that I know the expectation I would consider staying there again.
