I was expecting more from a 4 star hotel by a beach.

Great staff, big rooms, overall good experience. The food was ok, the main issue was the overcrowded restaurant, not enough tables for the amount of the guests. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

perfect!!! We arrived for three nights and following a surprising stay, we decided to change plans and stay 2 more nights!!! And all this, I must mention important details: the hotel is externally beautiful and inviting, the public areas are clean and well-maintained, the rooms require renovation (old furniture and many other details that require maintenance), but the cleanliness of the rooms is exceptional and the maid service is excellent and attentive to every request. We were on the all inclusive plan, and it was just perfect! The food was delicious and hot with a large selection of salads, soups, different meats, etc., the chef is always there and always in a position to serve the guests, a big thank you to the chef for the dedicated service! The waiters always smile and give good and efficient service. The reception service at the hotel is always available, attentive and creative for any question and request. Just a perfect hotel, we will come again and recommend to everyone at every opportunity! Thank you so much for wonderful time!

We had a fabulous 4 night stay in this hotel, The apartment room was lovely modern and spacious with large balcony and furniture. Everything worked perfect and was very clean. Great spa facility on site and small gym. Large swimming pool was very nice. The all inclusive food was delicious for breakfast lunch and dinner even snacks and drinks. Very delicious Bulgarian and international food with a large variety of fresh salad and meat everything you could want, Very good chefs and waiting staff. The staff were all very friendly and should be proud of themselves for their good work. I would highly recommend this hotel as it seems to be one of the nicest places in the area and I would definitely like to stay here again in the future.

It was second time at this hotel. Everything it was ok less sleeping on a very hard sofa wich was very uncomfortable. Although i asked for a topper at the reception but the problem was not solved. Improvements should be made to the cleanliness of the room and balcony.

חדרים מרווחים, ארוחת בוקר לא טובה ולא נוחה (המתנה מאוד ארוכה למציאת שולחן, המתנה ארוכה לחביתה וכו') שירות לא טוב, פקידת הקבלה אפטית - שאלנו שאלות היא לא ידעה לענות ואמרה שתחזור אלינו עם תשובה - לאחר שהלכנו לשאול שנית , היא לא ידעה שוב את התשובה. מיקום בחולות הזהב אחלה. אין מיזוג אוויר במזדרונות - חם מאוד!

Great hotel and Fantastic Service. It is a big hotel, but still a family business. Good food.

Hotel was excellent, super location, shops, bars, restaurants all within easy walking distance. Absolutely immaculate cleanliness and well maintained. I only had breakfast once, so can't really comment on food, however, the breakfast was good with a lot of choice. We stayed on 3rd floor with a sea view and large balcony overlooking the pool. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Large rooms, oven plates didn't work, safe didn't work, once we checked in the housekeeping was reduced to taking the rubbish away and replacing toilet paper. During 7 night stay the bathroom wasn't cleaned even once.After the third night they left the duvet covers and we had to make the beds ourselves.Housekeeping don't respect the "Do not disturb" sign at all. Noisy room next door,waking us up in the middle of the nights. Water in the swimming pool wasn't heated at all-end of May and wasn't warmer than the sea.We couldn't use it and saw other people trying, but we could see they were cold.Music at the pool way too loud. Not a 4**** property. The plus is that it's a new hotel and the decor is still decent.

Absolutely amazing hotel, good service, good food, friendly staff. Heated pool, lovely restaurant, kids play area and pool. Enjoyed our 1 week stay and we will definitely come back here.

Schönes Hotel, sehr zentral ca 5 Minuten bis zum Strand bzw. Promenade aber trotzdem nicht laut, großer Pool und sehr nettes Personal, Zimmer war sauber und wurde auch täglich gereinigt, nur das Schlafsofa war sehr hart zum übernachten aber die Betten waren bequem, Klima funktioniert auch sehr gut. Leider war der W-LAN empfang in den Zimmern nicht so gut, im Lobby Bereich und im Restaurant war es deutlich besser. Das Essen war auch gut, es gab immer eine große Auswahl, nur leider gab es Zuviel Plastik Becher für die Getränke statt Gläser was für die Umwelt nicht das beste ist aber im allgemeinen war alles sehr gut. Ich empfehle es ( trotz kleinere Mängel) weiter und komme selbst mit meine Familie gerne wieder!

Das Hotel war als ausgangspunkt für einen Partyurlaub gebucht. Zwei Männer (40) und (43). Wir hatten eine 2 Schlafzimmer Suite 86qm. Das Zimmer selbst hatte alles was man braucht. Kleine Küche, haben wir nie benutzt. Wohnzimmer mit Esstisch. Zwei Schlafzimmer, zwei Badezimmer. Alles war so weit sauber,und die Betten waren in Ordnung. Wir hatten nur Frühstück gebucht, und haben es auch zwei mal zum Frühstück geschafft. Es findet sich für jeden was. Es werden frische Pfannkuchen, Waffeln und Spiegeleier gemacht. Einmal waren wir auch zum Abend Buffet. Kann man für 18Leva pro Person an der Rezeption kaufen. Naja auch hier findet sich was, aber ich fand das essen auch eher lauwarm , bis kalt. Das hatte ich auch schon in anderen Bewertungen gelesen und kann es für diesen einen Abend bestätigen.Ob ich all inklusive buchen würde weiß ich nicht? Da ich mir auch nicht vorstellen kann das , dass essen sehr groß variiert Wir hatten keine großen Erwartungen an die Unterkunft, es sollte warmes Wasser zum duschen geben, und sauber sein. Und nicht so ein kleines Zimmerchen. Zum Personal, das war zu uns freundlich und nett. Wenn man realistisch ran geht wird man auch nicht enttäuscht. Alle Party Spots sind fuss läufig erreichbar.

Alles okay .mehr kann ich dazu leider nicht sagen, da ich hier nur eine Nacht verbrachte.

Très bel appartement, l'accueil d'Anne-Marie fût d'un professionnalisme irréprochable. Tout y est pour passer un excellent séjour, même quand la météo n'y est pas. Le restaurant est à recommander également.
