The Karacam is an excellent hotel on the waterfront of Foca. Driving into Foca can be a challenge, but the hotel was helpful with directions and parking instructions. We enjoyed our stay very much.

This is a Super place to stay .You feel like you are at home .This is our second time here and definitely will be back . The staff are so warm and extremely friendly . The hotel is very unique in decoration . The breakfast offers traditional Turkish breakfast which was fabulous .I can ‘t say enough about how great this hotel is . It was so nice to get up and walk along the sea and the same fir the evening it is right outside the door .Love everyone at this hotel .

An excellent hotel. Ideal position on the sea front, incredibly friendly staff, great breakfast and very covid secure. The room was large and very clean.

A wonderful time meeting up with family and friends for a Turkish /Scottish marriage celebration. We were a large group but Hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating to both residents and non residents and went out of their way to enable use of their lounge and cafe facilities throughout the days and evenings throughout our stay. Despite the language barrier the management and staff couldn't do enough to help us with information, taxi bookings, and suggestions for making the most of the beautiful local resort.

Mr karaca is a true gentleman who went above and beyond to make our stay at his hotel a lovely one. Only a slight hick up with house keeping, and that was dealt with professionally and swiftly. Clean and comfortable traditional hotel with a big warm heart. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who appreciates a intimate family feel, personal but far from imposing. I wish more hotels were run by true gentleman as Mr karaca, the world would be a far nicer place to travel around.

Foça'da çok bakımlı bir butik otel, deniz önünde. Yönetim ve hizmet mükemmel. Bu ikinci gelişimiz, bir daha gelirsek Foça'ya, ilk seçimimiz bu otel olacaktır. Özel otoparkı var, otoparka götürüp getirmelerinden çok memnun kaldık.

Isim gereği ömrümun çoğu otellerde geçiyor bu tecrübem dayanarak diyebilirim ki, fiyat performans açısından verdiğiniz paranın karşılığını fazlasıyla alıyorsunuz, lokasyon olarak mükemmel, sahibinden, resepsiyonuna, garsonlarından housekeeperlarina hepsi cana yakın güler yüzlü ve pozitif insanlar, kahvaltı diğer büyük hersey dahil otelleri gibi şaşalı görünüp de yiyecek birşey bulamadığınız kahvaltılar gibi değil, çok şaşalı olmakla beraber kahvaltıda büfesi deki hersey yenilebilir kalitedeydi, kimseninde şikayetçi olabileceğini sanmıyorum kahvaltıdan, eşimle beraber mükemmel bir 5 gün geçirdik, bunun için Karaçam ailesine eşimle beraber çok teşekkür ediyoruz,. Très joli hôtel, avec une situation excellente sur la promenade et face à la mer . Le personnel est très serviable et sympathique. Le buffet petit-déjeuner est varié. Je recommande la chambre vue mer avec terrasse.

Foça’nın en eski oteli. Güleryüzlü çalışanları ile birlikte 3 gün Foça seyahatimize ev sahipligi yaptı. Konumu ve manzarası mükemmel bir otel.

Wir waren vom 29.03. bis 12.04.im Hotel Karacam. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir vom Hotelbesitzer, Herrn Karaca, herzlich begrüßt. Er spricht sehr gut Deutsch, ist vom Morgen bis zum Abend anwesend, immer ansprechbar und vielseitig interessiert. Sein Personal ist stets freundlich und bemüht, jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Unser Zimmer und Bad wurden täglich gereinigt, es war sehr ruhig. Die Lage des Hotels ist äußerst günstig; wir empfehlen, gegen Abend auf der Dachterrasse bei einem Glas Wein den Sonnenuntergang zugenießen.
