We enjoyed this property. Great location across from national park. We loved the spa. Close enough to drive into Killarney easily without staying in the busy town. Great room options for families. Would stay again…

The location of the hotel was lovely and all the staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed in the reserve apartments and the rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The main hotel looked stunning. Well worth it.

The apartment at the Reserve at Muckross was excellent. The apartment was large with a workable kitchen with large bathroom. Parking was easy and the food at the pub was fabulous

Well located quiet lovely place

Spacious and well appointed 2 bedroom/2bathroom apartment. Would have preferred a dishwasher, but not a fatal flaw.

Stayed in the “apartments” next to the hotel. It had one bedroom with a king bed and another room with a king bed and twin, so enough for 5 people. This was a treat after other stays with double beds. Having a kitchen was another bonus.

It is beautiful and wish we stayed here longer.

Spacious apartment within walking distance from a number of attractions. Very cooperative staff at the hotel desk. She made our stay very comfortable. Also very efficient room service.

Clean and quiet. Nice pub and restaurant.

It is very spacious but they only clean every 3 days. We asked for new towels and they literally just dropped off the towels and didn’t refresh anything else. The apartments are a little outdated. It’s fine for a few days but for the price, I wish we booked a boutique bed and breakfast instead. So many other options around. Again, the only plus side to this stay is the amount of space you have.

Suite was very spacious and clean in a beautiful area. Guest services was helpful and pleasant. Had the best burgers at the Colgan pub!

Perfect for 2 couples traveling together. En suite bedrooms and a shared kitchen/living space. The staff were amazing! The area and the facilities are beautiful. The rooms were comfortable and very nice.

Beautiful hotel! Directly across from Killarney National Park. Grounds were very clean, the apartment was spacious with coffee pot, microwave, stove, hairdryer. Lovely courtyard. Colgan’s Pub has the best Irish stew!! Would love to come back!

We loved our two night stay at this apartment. The unit was very clean, well appointed and roomy. We were located close to all the sights in the area which was convenient. The pub on site served great food. Parking was right in front of the apartment which was handy. We would definitely stay here again if we find ourselves back in this very beautiful part of the world.

The service at the front desk and everywhere was outstanding. The beds were a bit firm. Had a wonderful stay!
