The place is really good and clean.

Sangat menyenangkan selama menginap. Makanan enak. Check in cepat dan staff profesional. Kami pesan dua kamar studio dengan penghubung langsung diupgrade kekamar suite lantai 47 dengan pemandangan yang luarbiasa. Akan kembali menginap jika kekuala lumpur lagi.

Five star service! clean rooms, we got a twin tower view room and a tower. Okay service, really satisfying! Super recommended.

Hopefully, I can stay longer there since it was good hotel with good facility and strategic location near the KLCC

The deluxe room was very spacious and comfortable. Bathroom was clean. The breakfast portion is satisfying but minor improvements needed on the main course like Nasi lemak & noodles. Others good

Comfortable hotel especially with family. The rooms are very spacious and the location is close to Ampang Park. Carrying a green hotel, we are not allowed to dump plastic bottles because the water tap can be drunk.

First we entered the lobby and the officers were directed to go directly to the 40th floor because the receptionist was on the 40th floor. I booked 2 rooms for 2 families and paid a deposit that was quite large, 600 ringgit for 2 rooms, yes, around 2 million rupiah. Our room is on the 42nd floor, when we enter the room we are satisfied because the rooms are very spacious there is a mini kitchen in the room and a view directly overlooking the petronas twin towers. The bathroom was very spacious, the mattress was very soft. It's just that unfortunately the indoor pool is being maintained so we can't swim. the gym is okay, the location is very close to Ampang Park Station, and walk around for 15 minutes to Suria KLC. Near the lobby there is a convenience store. Com is not worried if you want to buy snacks. The service of this hotel loves the environment very much. Guests are not allowed to throw a plastic bottle in the room and, however, we can drink as much as we can because the tap water can be drunk.

We have an awesome experience staying at element. Start from Bedroom, it has amazing view and even equipped with iron, microwave, refrigerator, sink kitchen, plate etc and even drinkable tapping water. For Location, it is just 2 min walking distance to ampang park station and around 12 min to suria klcc, while you can also walk around 1 min to citibank bus stop and hop on Go KL (free bus) to explore KL. The Breakfast also very nice. They offer a various range of malay, chinese, indian and western food. My favorite was their omelette, roti prata and squeeze juice. Overall the service is really good. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, while check in and check out also fast and convenient. They will add more staffs at the reception too during busy hours to ensure fast check in and check out process.

Nice Stay, Awesome Building, Helpful Staff, Great Hospitality, Gorgeous Cityview from the swimming pool, also from my room. I feel satisfied stay here for 3days with spacious room, clean rooms, and the bed was very very good quality. Its only about 1mil to reach Suria Mall (Twin Tower) can be by walking from The Element Hotel. Thank you

This hotel is in the Office Building area and the name of the building is Ilham Tower, exactly opposite the Intercontinental hotel and Citibank Tower, where the Go KL Bus passes through the Citibank Tower. On the 37th floor the same building is Ce La Vi (the same cafe n lounge at Marina Bay Sands). The hotel starts from the 40th floor to 53. The indoor pool is not too high (on the 39th floor) and the view can see the Twin Tower n KL Tower, but it is open from 06.00 to 23.00. As soon as you enter the office, there is a balloon decorated with Happy B'day greetings, coz when booking this hotel there is indeed a special request: Celebrate B'day My Wife, don't wait for a moment the door is staffed by a hotel staff holding a short piece of cake, cool service. Don't take the package that breakfast so I can't review the food, because I want to go to lunch already, I already have a restaurant for lunch and dinner. Excellent Bgt Hotel Room, Bathroom is ok Okay bgt. For those who want to honeymoon, this hotel is okay, from the top of the room we can see the view of KL city. The location is also close to KLCC and if you want to go to Bukit Bintang, the grab ride only hits RM 7-10 depending on traffic hours or not. For those who invite the family, the King Bed mattress can fit for 3 adults. The room is very spacious with parkit floor👍. There are Iron, HairDryer, Slippers, Toiletries all complete. The hotel does not provide mineral drinks but installs a filter so we can drink from the tap and unlimited. In the room there is a semi kitchen set, complete with cutlery, without stove y, over the sink to wash the dishes, there are 2 taps, a small tap for drinking water. May Request Early Check in at 1:00 p.m., Late Check Out at 1:00 p.m. Overall superexcited with this hotel and we'll be back

I have a wonderful stay at Element, my room got upgraded by the hotel upon check in. Their services is wonderful and the location is excellent (5 mins walk to go kl bus). Will definitely stay at Element again when I visit KL.

A new modern hotel in a high rise office building (hotel start at level 40) and safe neighborhood. Just 10 mins walk to klcc, rooms are big and well equipped with a small pantry. Only complain is air con temp is quite hard to control. There’s a indoor pool and gym too. Overall, very good value of money.

Good view even thought they don't give us the KLCC view.
