It was wonderful, maybe I left the wrong review before this one. The service is a great deal for me! It's near jr namba, but just for someone who had their first trip to Osaka, it's better to get hotels nearby the metro line.

Good deal for me, but I’m bit concerned about the bathroom. And also, they have like 2 building across each other. But when you search in google maps, it will direct you to the old building (it has Family mart on it). And the directions they leave on the old receptionist it’s confusing because it doesn’t specific. Hopefully they will update the directions properly so it doesn’t confusing anymore

The hotel is quite clean and friendly service but breakfast does not change, close to the MRT.

Nice hotel with great service.. breakfast is delicious.. the nearest station is Sakuragawa Station, which is 8-10 min by walk

The room is very clean. Good service staff. With maids cleaning the room everyday There is a full range of equipment including towels, shampoo, hair conditioner, soap, shaver, cotton buds, kettle, hair dryer, fridge, TV and many more. Everything is complete in it. Almost do not need to prepare anything Meaning very good The room size is fit enough to meet the Japanese standards.

Good and clean place to stay for family

Excellent Hotel. Very clean rooms, good variety of toiletries, great reception service. They even provide a smartphone per room, to help guests find their way around Osaka. Hope they can keep this standard up. 2 Thumbs Up. Will stay again!!!

I enjoyed stay in this hotel. Very clean, very comfort, and the receptionist is very kind although they can't speak english.

The room is really clean, modern, great design and comfortable. The hotel is convenient that is near JR-Namba. The staff is friendly.
