I arrived at the hotel at 1:50 PM and was informed that the check-in time was 2:00 PM. The staff asked me to wait in the lobby until then, which I did. However, when it reached 2:00 PM, no one initiated the check-in process. I waited until 2:10 PM and had to approach the staff again before she began assisting me. The experience felt unnecessary and could have been handled more attentively.

The deposit is 500 baht. The location depends on your purpose, but it's conveniently located near the terminal and Big C, and easily accessible by songthaew. The room facilities are old but well maintained. However, the air conditioner is old and noisy. The outlets are only on one side of the bed (on the balcony side), which is inconvenient. The view is completely visible to the neighboring dormitory. It's located one hotel building away from Second Road, so noise wasn't an issue. It's a shame there's no place to hang clothes on the balcony. There's a coin-operated washing machine at the entrance on the first floor.

The room was very comfortable, the bathroom was so spacious. Location-wise, it was so convenient (near 7-Eleven, the beach, and Terminal 21). I didn't expect Terminal 21 was only a walking distance from the hotel. Also, if you want to go back to Krungthep by bus, the bus station location is also super near.

It's well worth the price. The room is spacious, with a balcony complete with a sink for drying clothes and washing dishes. There's a hairdryer and microwave, too. It was a pleasant stay. The mattress was a bit hard, but still highly recommended.

Enthusiastic staff, clean and airy room, I checked out late without any charge or complaint, the location is near the beach, walking distance to many delicious places to eat. The hotel also has a washer and dryer, you can wash after swimming in the beach, no fear of dirtying anything. 100d for the friendliness here

Strategically located within Pattaya Beach and Terminal 21. Plus point also for the laundry room. Very nice hospitality. Hotel area is clean and comfy. Downside is the hotel is a bit old and worn out, the mattress is hard. Still using a traditional key.

I planned to stay here for only 4 days but it continued for a month. I stayed here comfortably. The room was very clean and cleaned every day. The cleaning staff were friendly and kind. The room was also big. There was a refrigerator, microwave, and hot water kettle. All of them worked well. During my stay in Pattaya, Ploen Place Hotel was my choice. The receptionist was very kind and friendly. She was also good at English. So overall I was happy staying here because it was close to everywhere.

I had such a perfect stay in this hotel. The room was spacious and clean and very comfortable. The location is not beachfront, but quite close. The staff was nice and helpful too! There was some music in the evening, but it didn't bother me too much as they stopped when it was time for me to sleep. For the context of holiday in Pattaya, this is really good for the price.

The hotel is located right next to Ter21, there are many night markets around within walking distance. It is also very convenient to go to the beach. The room has a spacious balcony.

TV is better than prior (higher priced) hotel for English speakers. Wifi MUCH better than prior hotel. No glamour. Fine for clean bed/room/shower at good price.

Spacious room, there is a fairly large 1-door refrigerator, the hotel location is close to the beach, malls (terminal 21, central marina), many coin laundries around the hotel, the hotel is easy to reach.

The hotel room is new, spacious, there is a refrigerator, large wardrobe, air conditioning, TV, and a balcony. The hotel is close to culinary, walking distance to the beach. Everywhere is close. If we take the bus from Bangkok, we get off at the bus terminal. Just order a grab across the street at Seventeen to get to the hotel so you don't get scammed by offline taxis there. The problem is that offline taxi drivers are generally a bit naughty, the price is different at the beginning and when they arrive at their destination the driver will ask for more money.

Very comfortable, near from beach, really recommended, will be back here soon ❤️.
