We have stayed at this hotel several times, even though is no fully accessible because it has small steps in the entrances to the main buildings, we have enjoyed it. It has a nice restaurant onsite and the food is tasty. Staff has been courteous and friendly, with a couple of exceptions. During our last visit we had some issues with the toilet seat, it was broken, we only stayed one night, so we did not bothered to tell the reception.

Beautiful garden

We’d stayed there before but this time we were assigned a cabaña next to a group of young people who played loud music all night.

No bad. The hotel was really nice. The room was had a good shower, televisión and heater.

Nice hotel in a small town. The rooms are simple. The only frustrating thing is the card key to the door always need resetting. Overall is a good place to stay. The Habanero salsa is great in the restaurant.

Nice hotel, overall clean, food at restaurant was good and service cordial.

Place was nice. The wifi was spotty at best. Had to be let in the room each evening because the keycards were not working

The full size beds were quite small. They were practically twin beds . One bed was very uncomfortable because it was uneven

LA VEGETACION

Muy limpio y buena atención. El problema es que se escucha todo lo de las habitaciones de junto. Desde discusiones, personas haciendo el sin respeto, etc.

Cómoda, reservada y bien ubicada

La televisión pésima y la alberca sucia.
