I really enjoyed the close proximity to the historic centre of the city. Only 10 minutes walk away was Piazza Maggiore, incredible dining choices, and endless social gathering areas to drink and shop. Not in that order. You acnt go wrong with this location.

A "bed and breakfast" without breakfast. I suppose that's better than a B&B without a bed, but still. :) Other than that, the room is very clean and comfortable. You just have to hope your neighbors are quiet, though, because there's no soundproofing between rooms.

The room was meant to sleep in. No extras. The bed was uncomfortable. I think it’s time for a new mattress. Bus stop was right out front. The lady in Reception that checked us in was very nice and knowledgeable of the area.

This was perfect for our trip. Everything we needed, great distance from the city center and for people who don’t mind walking it was pretty good distance from Bologna Fiere as well. I slept really well too!

Excellent communication. Everything as explained and advertised. Only points for improvement in the apartment I stayed were clenliness under the bed (I got to see that because of my pish ups routine) and shower gel dispenser not working properly.

Hairs all over the bed and towels, bathroom smells pee and blood stains on the towels. Worst experience ever.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The train station and the centre is within easy reach by bus. Good value

I am the least foo foo person I know, and this was the worst place I've ever stayed. The positives were it was clean and the woman who checked us in was lovely and helpful. It was the the most bare room ever. There were no cups, no extra tp, no Kleenex, no curtains, only a sheer window covering, 1 folding chair, 2 small night stands and some built in shelves. The mattress was broken down so i sank in the middle of it. The shower was plugged and wouldn't drain. I stood in 2 inches of water until I dug into the drain and pulled out a bunch of hair. There was a room we could go to to get hot water for tea, but no coffee. I was told it's been a month since the coffee machine broke. No instant coffee or breakfast. There were cups in that room for tea that I used in the room. I bought my own instant coffee. It was noisy and we didn't have any housekeeping service. It seemed that every cost was cut at the expense of providing any ammenities that are usually provided. I whole heartedly do not recommend this place. I am very puzzled by the good reviews. This was better than sleeping outside, but not much.

The room was a good size and was comfortable. The location to the city was good. The only issue we had was the wifi was not working for the 3 days we were there.

Close to main sights to see in the primary palazzo of Bologna. Quiet. Clean. Not much in the way of amenities though. We had to have a key to get into the room that had a mini fridge, which was a bit inconvenient. Overall, OK I would recommend that the. And be changed as it implied a provided breakfast, which was not the case.

As a supposed B&B it is truly a disappointment. The check in process is ineffective; no information was provided by the staff in advance of our arrival. The rooms are designed within former apartments; the place makes you feel like you are staying inside a train station. Rooms are not properly maintained and paint on the walls need upkeep. It’s fairly convenient to center of Bologna; providing you like to walk. Probably serves best for people in desperate need of a room while visiting a patient at nearby hospital. We do not recommend this “B&B” at all! Not a place to stay if you are just a visitor to Bologna looking for a restful place while in the city…

A great little place, where you will be made to feel at home and very comfortable. Easy walking distance right to the centre, in 15-20 mins, plus plenty of amenities in the area.
