Luxurious place with kitchenette, living and dining rooms. Huge in comparison to 5 * hotels. Will stay here again. Professional staff , well maintained Highly recommend.

A lovely little hotel right on a main street in Miraflores, just a 10minute walk to Kennedy Park, with lots of cafes and shopping in the area. Breakfast on 5th floor terrace was nice at an additional 20 soles per day. My room on the 2nd floor was right above the street, lots of traffic noise during the day, but quiet after 11pm. Great value for location, would stay again.

The room was comfortable similiar to a studio, but witha a small living room with a sofa, small kitchen with freige but not microwave, and king bed. The bad room was good with enough space. The bed room had air conditiones / heater, it has great pillows and execellent matress. The location was excellent, next to a money exchange, restaurants, and markets. We stay for 3 nights I recomend it.

Staff very, very nice, everyone helped in anything you need, good continental breakfast, nice pool, convenient and safe area, very clean, large room, We arrived 7 a m, they give us early room, am very please and recommend this hotel.

Been coming to this same property for years, multiple times since 1995. Pros: location, location, location, right in the center of Miraflores, within steps/blocks of everything, restaurants, shopping. All rooms are basically one bedroom suites, hotel has a rooftop restaurant and pool. Cons: previous original owners must have done things right, staff was very professional, employees were all “lifers”, the same crew at management, front desk, restaurant, even doormen, we were treated like family. Then it was sold to new owners some 10 years ago, and it was never the same, with staff turnover running high, and lots of policy changes. And then the pandemic hit, but now with new management they are trying to regain their place as a very nice small well localized apart hotel. I will give them another try next year.

This place was amazing. Every staff member went above and beyond in being kind and accommodating. I loved everything about this stay! Their upstairs bar has great drinks, their breakfasts are fresh and delicious. The pool was amazing. I can't say enough about this place and their staff, I will never stay anywhere else in Miraflores.

This hotel is a gem on the prestigious Avenida Pardo in Miraflores. There is a large bedroom with gigantic Smart TV, a kitchen alcove with refrigerator and microwave on request, a large sitting area and a terrace.
