What a great hotel. In terms of property, location, facilities, service and friendliness, everything is very detailed and perfect. The managers greeted me and communicated warmly on a personal basis. Making sure what I need is met. The property is very modern, neat and perfectly clean. Great view of Osaka from the hotel room. Just 5 minutes walk to the nearest train/subway station. Will definitely come back to Conrad Osaka to experience the warmth of the people and the privilege of the property.
