Lovely property. So great being in the zone of activity, dining, and things to do. Staff were great at check in. Bar and pattiio were excellent too.

Nothing unique.

The only reason for not giving the 5 start is because of parking, the hotel is awesome and is in the best posible location, a lot to do and see around walking distance but theres no parking in the hotel, you need to drive couple of blocks to an underground parking and it is a lil bit of a mission. If you are not renting a car perfect but if you are renting a car is going to be challenging to park even driving around palma is crazy. Other than that the staff and hotel are awesome!

Hotel Cappuccino is a beautiful, upscale hotel in the perfect location. Palma is very walkable from this location. The staff are there to help you with everything you may need. A wonderful stay and we will be back!

This hotel is one of the best boutique hotels I have ever stayed in. Every room is different and all beautifully decorated. We had a de lux room that faced the square with a balcony. Very lovely. Staff helpful and roof top plunge pool definitely worth a visit .

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel, the staff cannot do enough for you. Hotel Cappuccino is the centre of cafe society in Palma, the bar and restaurants are excellent , best location
