Clean room and great staff

Good,time of breakfast is really good and clean hotel and friendly staff.

Beds were very comfortable as were the pillows. Hotel and room very clean Staff friendly. Missed breakfast by about 15 min however the lady there went out of her way to provide us with some sustenance. We did not use kitchen but was impressed by same. Would be nice if hot tub jets were working

Enjoyed the breakfast every morning. Rooms were clean, spacious, and offered a great value.

Great stay!

Hot tub didn’t work and apparently out of service for over 2 months. Didn’t like my room layout.

This was our first stay at a TownePlace Suites. We checked in, and went to our room. The bathroom was missing a shower curtain. It just wasn't there. Upon further review, the door on the breaker box wouldn't close, and there was noticeable wear and tear on the floors and walls. Our room had two TVs, but only one TV remote. There were little annoyances like that that soured us on the hotel. The people working there are all wonderful. They're friendly and helpful. There are a number of other hotels in the area that are better for the money.

Many maintenance problems with this hotel from super heavy doors that close way too fast and subsequently slam at all times of the stay. Hot Tub jets didn’t work for all 3 days we were there. Staff was very nice and the room was decent and clean. Road noise (not their fault) is really high as you are right over gateway blvd.

Everything ok but they need to work on breakfast menu. We styed 2days and both days they have 3 types of egg item. Boiled egg, scrembled egg and cheese omlet. No startch item at all. Also the waffle machine not working properly.

All was perfect and was a very central place which l will use again in the near future or refer to other teams visiting your town.

Rooms were well stocked. Rooms were quiet. Staff friendly. Team tournament - very accommodating

Staff at the front desk and restaurant were great! Room & hotel had nice amenities. Location was really good- close to shopping, highways, airport. The beds were unfortunately not comfortable so would not stay here again.

Room was missing hide a bed bedding but did bring them to room when requested Quiet rom Breakfast was very good, staff especially there was very friendly

The overall experience was very pleasant. The room is very clean, well furnished and has a real kitchenette with all you need to really 'eat in' in style. The bathroom is modern and spacious and toiletteries are nice. The hot breakfast counter is very generous in options and all items are fresh. I had a 3 nights stay and there was some variety in the hot options for eggs and brkfst meat from one day to the other so very nice. Coffee is good! And, staff is very nice and friendly yet discreet. The pool is clean and fairly large and the water is warm. The hot tub jets did not work so this was a bit disapointing. Overall, really happy with our stay.

Spacious rooms, excellent staff, and easy check in.

Room was very clean and felt new. Staff was very helpful and the breakfast was above average for a free breakfast. Great location for a city staycation. Room doors are very heavy and slam shut when released. The cleaning staff are constantly letting them slam all day. Don’t plan on sleeping in. You can feel the wall behind your bed shake when a neighboring door closes. Obviously thin metal framing. Maybe try a room at the end of the hall.

Room was amazing. Service was excellent. Hot tub was not working properly and breakfast setup was ridiculous. The waffle maker was setup square in the middle of the buffet causing major confusion and lineups.

The desk clerk was very nice. The suite was good for our family. The staff try to keep the public areas clean. Not having mirrors in the bedrooms is a big draw back. If you had to get ready for an event one mirror wouldn’t work.
