Good service

Everything was amazing. Only inconvenient the light service went out on two occasions. However the staff helped. When the light went out also water service was not available.

This is a beautiful property.

Place was really nice and definitely clean. The staff was great. Having a refrigerator was very nice since you can go to the store And by your own things and cook if you wish to do so. Breakfast was very good but it only opens on the weekends. I do wish the shower head worked better and they could in the future think about screening the windows since it doesn’t have AC it gets hot but if you leave the windows open then the mosquitoes come in and they have a feast. It also needs more hanging hooks in the rooms for your towels to dry. But that’s just my opinion. Location is GREAT!!! Uber has a big issue finding the place and they always end up at the gas station which you can easily access through the black little door once you are out of the Villa. The Mall is on the corner. You can find anything you need even groceries.

Si. Me gustaría que fueran más enfáticos que es un alojamiento totalmente familiar y es esperado encontrar niños en las áreas comunes.

Lo único que me asustó fue que salió una araña color café algo grande de detrás de la cabecera!!!

En general bien, fuimos para una boda y estuvimos poco tiempo, la habitación que nos dieron tenía dos camas, una en un tapanco, pero el acceso era complejo

La habitación estuvo bien. Los de recepción nefastos. Muy groseros y de mal modo su atención al hacer check out

No tiene estacionamiento adentro y la comida no es hasta tarde, falta mejorar el servicio

El hotel está muy bonito

Las recámaras son de buen espacio, todo limpio. Pero las almohadas están un poco duras, algo incomodas. También hace falta una mesa para acomodar tus cremas, porque en el lavabo no cabe nada.
